Worst experience ever. Went in there and ordered at 7:12pm. Kiosk didn't print my reciept(no big deal) waited 10 minutes... before getting someone's attention to pay, the girl behind the counter said "really... that's a big order- you're going to waitfor that". I was fine waiting... but 5 minutes away from being there an hr listening to the crew being snarky and rude to all ofus inside waiting was ridiculous! I asked when my food would be ready and she rolled her eyes and said "oh that big one- wedidn't even start that yet" An hour!!! I requested a refund and I was told no- it was too big of an order. I asked again for arefund and a man I assume to be a manager (Luciano?)came over and saw the ticket time and apologized and said yes she will begetting a refund- this is BS! I was given a refund and he was very nice- unlike every other member of the crew there! Don'twaist your time going here... 9/Kelly isn't far. Read more
I placed my first order through Uber Eats from this location today. Part of my order was missing. The food that I did receive... was sloppy and salty.Tha apples in the pies are hard. I tried calling to report that part of my order was missing, but only gota busy signal. I do not recommend this McDonald's location to anyone. Read more
When I pulled up it was two managers and two employees outside. I placed my order and they gave me one drink and had me pull up... to parking spot 5. Three different employees came to my car and ask if I ordered a meal that wasn't mine. So my daughter went into pick up the food and they asking for a receipt. Ive been waiting over 30 minutes for a happy meal and two cheeseburgers. Read more
First of all the lettuce was brown. I took a bite of my Mcchicken and the bottom of the bun was rock hard. I was only able to... eat the french fries I would not recommend this location to anyone. Take a few extra minutes and go to the one in Eastpointe. Read more
I went the morning of 2/09/22 it went kind of slow understandable bc of short staffing. But I did not like the fact my sausage... on my sausage McMuffin was was under cooked. It was cold and the meat was pink I will up load pictures too. If I?m going to waitin a line from 10-25 minutes I expect for my food to be made right and not half done. I see why they have so many unfavorable reviews... my cookies were hard as a rock so I asked for fresh cookies!! These were... disgusting and distasteful!!! They took the cookies back and warmed them up... In doing so you can tell they burned them... if Iwanted burnt warmed up cookies I would have just put them in the microwave at home!!!
