This place is always busy and they always do a great job. The newer staff just kept looking at me instead of welcoming me or... saying anything for that matter. It is your typical Coney island. No more no less. For those who are not familiar. It has a diner kind of vibe and your usual... greasy spoon kind of foods. Of course I usually go for a Hani and some lemon rice soup. Which was good here. The kids loved thechili as well. Service was prompt. All in all a good deal. 4 people for about $55 + tip isn't bad. Walk in this place and it says to wait to be seated. Stand there for a good 10 minutes with my wife and kids waiting to be... seated. Yeah they are busy but seriously how hard is it for one if your staff to at least acknowledge a customer. There werelots of people waiting to pickup food but I dont get it. I'm sure the food is good but the service here apparently blows. Read more
