What a beautiful restaurant and the surroundings of St. Sabbas! This gem of a restaurant is unique in every way from the decor... to the menu. Chef Peter has created a beautiful menu with his team. Please do try a starter of the Deviled Eggs atop withSmoked Salmon and their famous Beef Wellington. You will not be disappointed. Read more

Splendid evening with Chef Petr! Thank you for the information, demonstration, and fantastic Medieval French Court fare! Many... spices that are underused in many kitchens including fresh ground cloves, ginger, saffron, and house made vanilla extract. Veryenjoyable evening, I would certainly come again, and I hope to see you for Viking Fare!! Read more

Well the grounds are beautiful. Paying in average $100-150 per person you shall expect top quality. Well, it?s not really the... case. Getting a hard reheated bread dumpling is unexpected. So over seasoned salted food. I?m more than happy to pay for qualityfood but after complaining the chef Petr (eventually the owner) coming to the table while the main entrance was delivered askingto leave the restaurant?.. shame on them!!! these people don?t deserve my $$$?.. they ruined a birthday celebration dinner!!!! Dining here was a wonderful experience. The interior was cozy and well-decorated. We made a reservation for high tea (7... courses), at a very reasonable price, and they allocated us 2.5 hours which was the perfect amount of time. The staff was verykind and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Each guest got their own teapot with theirchoice of tea. Most dishes were served family-style. There are limited numbers of tables and staff. During our meal, wewatched many guests wait for their table. One group had waited an hour past their reservation time. If you make a reservation, please respect your given time allocation to allow for other guests to be able to experience this wonderful place! Beforemaking a reservation, be sure to review their dress code (no facial piercings, conceal tattoos, below-the-knee dresses, sleevedshirts, etc.) and etiquette. Phone calls are not allowed to be taken on the property, but you are able to take photos. Read more

Our return visit after many years for afternoon tea showed a high level of service, food quality and truly unique atmosphere.... Beautiful dining and patio areas. Efficient and knowledgeable server. Russian tea glass holders, podstakanniki, are used and areunique and detailed. There are many historical items around the dining room including a wax cylinder phonograph, many antiquesamovars and a gem of an unfinished portrait of I think Czar Nicholas II in the side room off the main dining room. A walk ofthe gardens and visit to the chapel are a must. Many have said it, but this is truly such a jewel in the unassumingneighborhood. Read more

I can't describe the serenity of the gardens. It must be experienced. No matter your beliefs, you will feel the spirituality of... this place. The food is phenomenal! I have Celiac's and the chef made me a special plate in place of the sandwiches and adessert like I have never experienced in my life. Read more
