I was at the Harper Woods location on tonight and the food was terrible!!!!! A person in my party ordered the surf and turf and... the steak was overcooked, the lobster tail was undercooked (it was wet and rubbery) and the baked potato did not taste like apotato!!!!!! Some of my sweet potatoes were not done and the catfish bites had no taste!!!! The downtown staff is muchfriendlier and the food is better!!!! Read more
So I show up on a Tues evening about 530 to order tacos to go. As I have the last 2 weeks. Today they tell me they won't serve... me. Only dine in she says. I would never dine in here. The music, if you want to call it that is up so loud forget aboutconversation with anyone. My advice...find another place for take out. Read more
The hamburger meat didn’t taste like hamburger at all. That was very disappointing and very odd. It was our first time getting... food there. The grilled chicken on my salad was delicious however! It was horrible. lamb chicks no seasoning taste like grease only…the mashed potatoes were basically whole potatoes no butter... no cream just like they smashed with a fork and sprinkled parsley on top again no flavor just grease. the vegetable medley wascold and again no flavor seemed as if they opened a frozen bag of vegetables and didn’t even get it like warm. waitress nevercame back had to get someone to check us out. I just purchased the surf and turf dinner with loaded baked potato. It is horrible my lobster tail smells like ammonia the smell... is very overwhelming. My baked potato looks like it's days old and my steak is as hard as a brick. This can not be fresh food.I'm so disappointed Read more
The food was amazing! Got the Jazz Burger and a side cup of the They Say Sauce... Burger appears 5 star, and tases just as good.... French fries seem beer battered and don't need any sauce, though their BBQ sauce makes them smack even more! I will definitelybe returning. Staff is friendly, food was perfect, food preparation was super speedy, and the inside looks spectacular for agood date night! Only complaint was that my burger was rang up as the more expensive burger... But with the quality I'm gonnalet it slide! Keep up the great work! Read more
We arrived and stood at the front for 5 minutes waiting to be seated. Finally was seated by our wonderful staff assistant for... the evening Anthony. We placed a quick order of catfish nuggets and rib tip dinner with a lemonade. The food came out veryquickly and the fish was cooked perfectly just couldn't taste the seasonings. As for the rib-tips... well it was more fat &gristle than meat but the BBQ sauce and fries were good, and the lemonade was nice as well. Read more
