( you can also pick up lunch at Morse's food in same parking lot ) In case... anyone needs instructions - I cooked mine in a large 8 QRT pressure cooker: Place steamer basket in bottom of pot ( two freshlydispatched lobsters just over 5 lbs total) 2.5 cups water 2 Tbsp Kosher Salt add lobster to pot - rubber bands removed set 4minutes high pressure timer Quick pressure release served with clarified butter :) Read more
