This is the second time I'm a row I have ordered pizza with NO sauce, and incomes covered in sauce. I also ordered a surpreme... pizza with NO mushrooms and it also was covered in them. Tried calling the store multiple times for it to only ring until thephone disconnected. I will try calling again later to maybe speak with their manager. Read more
No hot and ready at 6 in the evening! How are you going to NOT have the one thing you are supposed to have?!?! After reading... other reviews it appears I'm not the only one with that issue. Sounds like they need new management. Read more
We used to get hot and ready, but they quit having anything hot and ready, ever, and I understood that it might just be to busy... at dinnertime to keep stuff "in stock" hot and ready, so I thought I'd order online. Two of the three times I have ordered, allplaced around 3:30 pm for a 5:00 pm pickup, they still weren't ready anywhere near 5:00. This last -- and I mean last -- time,the cashier got upset with me, after I had waited for 45 minutes (along with other customers also waiting for their verydelinquent orders), when I asked her to hand it to me because the portal thing wouldn't work. She got them out from the backside, and slams them down on the counter. Either the management is incompetent, the employees are incompetent, the franchise isunderstaffed, or all of thr above. I wanted pizza, but they had no hot and ready. No big deal I'll call next time. The next day I call an order in 1 pizza, 1... cheese bread, 1 bread sticks. Ready in twenty minutes and around $16. I arrive to pick up my order 25 minutes later. I tell thecashier I'm here for a pick up, she says okay and then disappears I to the store for about 12 minutes. Comes back and says myorder isn't ready. I Will never waste my time here again. Ill just make my own pizza. Read more

Ordering through the app is the best way to order. I oftentimes do not get a notice when is ready, though, so I have to go... inside to see if it ready or not. Having inconsistent notifications is irritating as I sometimes you have to stand aroundwaiting for the pizza to be finished. Read more
