It varies. Sometimes they are absolutely great. And sometimes they aren't. Always a good habit to just double check your order... prior to leaving. They always make sure to correct any mistakes. Read more
Went through the drive through at 8:15 tonight. First problem, out of Coke so I order tea, my meal and 1 burger. Get to the... window and I am told to pull ahead and wait after I pay. Almost 15 min later my food comes out and he warns me careful the friesare hot!! I had to get to work so I headed out. Yeah the fries were hot so hot they were hard as rocks and evidently the burgershad been setting for a while because they were almost cold. I don't mind waiting from time to time for my "fast food" but if youmake me wait it better be correct when I get it. Read more
This McDonald's has drastically improved! Very good job! Love the new crew, very nice and professional. The food has been fresh... and the patties are actually being seasoned. This is an amazing crew that I hope sticks around. I'll be switching this to a 5star soon, if they can keep it up. Oh! And the service was rather quick as well. Read more
Honestly yall I meant to call later that evening to let your management know...you guys have been the best McDonald's experience... we have had in a very very long time! We ordered 12 McDoubles and 12 McChickens, at dinner rush around 530pm at that! It washot, fresh, cooked well (I can say that having been a manager at McDonald's previously!) Even the manager who brought it out wasvery polite as I apologized about our order and timing! So, thank you. Thank you for being a great experience for us in a longstring of bad ones. I just don't get good service at this location. Twice when I ordered curbside, my order was missing items. I've been asked to... pull forward and they'll bring me my order when there was no one else in the drive-thru. Only to have my order deliveredincomplete. The last time I was told there was a payment problem with the app and I needed to pay the store. The app made nomention of payment issues. I'll go ahead and skip this location from now on. Read more
Tried to place a order for one hamburger at and window. The girl was rude, could not get right hamburger then got help and they... where going to charge me 9 dollars for there cheap double meat that came with meat cheese and pickles. Sorry right know I cannotremember the name of the burger. I actually went through drive by and no one ever said anything and there was three cars aheadof me plus I turned off my truck so make sure that the girl could hear me but she said may I take your order I said one word andshe said could you please hold on a second and never came back so I drove off went to Sonic came back and tried again and that'swhere my story started.
