I always love going to Sonic it's just like the good old days without a theater. My mama worked at the drive in Sonic like over... on Kickapoo and Shawnee oh back in 1950 something she roller skated out to the vehicle and it always reminds me of Mama makesthe food taste better remembering the good old days but it's always really good at Sonic I love it can't wait to be back give mesome more mozzarella cheese sticks and a big fat double baconcheeseburger with that large order of fries a big diet Dr pepperwith lots of their crunchy ice and a nice long straw with ketchup and any flavor of goodies in the little packets. this place sucks. it?s always so slow. i?m currently waiting 15 minutes for 1 burrito. everytime i come here, it takes forever... for them to get my order out. horrible service, and they always miss something on orders. and one girl does not read back myreceipt. i would like to know what i got and if they got it right. This sonic is the worst sonic I've gone to. The past 3 times I've gone, the food is cold, the orders have never been correct.... They need to pay more attention to their customers, instead of the radio being loud and dancing around. I will not be back!! Read more
Waited 15 minutes for 1 drink. I understand being busy, completely. I've been here many times w no issues. Always a 3 star imo.
The burgers here always seem crispy around edges because they have been cooked and sat in warmer for who knows how long. When... your on your lunch break you don't really have time to send food back so you gotta pick of the edges and try to get the rest ofdry burger down. I know it's fast food but why can't it be fresh and hot and juicy all at the same time?? On another note thefries were actually good today. Read more
So I come here often but when I got to the widow I had two separate full orders and the girl seemed new. Didn?t know how to... separate them, at first she thought I had only gotten drinks so their was confusion. When I got my food back to the office Ibite into what?s supposed to be a fried steak sandwich and get chicken. Call, notify them and ask ?hey can I just be refundedthe difference from a steak sandwich to a chicken?? So that happens. Great. Some service. I take another bite..... RAW. Centeris completely raw, cold, slimy chicken. Just gross. Employees need a bit better training before being put on window andobviously cooks need to be trained 1: the difference between steak and chicken and 2: how to COOK chicken. Read more
