Terrible experience on 22 July 2021 around 12:45 at Subway located 3400 S Harrah Rd, Harrah, OK 73045. I ordered online and my... credit card was charged. Went to get sandwiches, gave them my name and the two ladies said there was no order with that name. Isaid my card was charged and I showed them the charge. They got very defensive and said "you should have called it in". I toldthem that I always order online and they said next time order by phone. One of them was so mad she was told by the other woman asupervisor I believe to step back and she walked to the back really angry. I was shocked. I asked if she could provide phonefor franchise owner and she said no. So I left my phone number and and asked she give it to the owner and I left. Could notbelieve they were mad at me and were upset at me over the situation. Update 27 July 2021 my credit card was refunded but I neverreceived a call from anyone at Subway. I reported it to headquarters and no call from them either. At least my money wasrefunded I guess. Read more
This time was great. ALL of the sandwiches had meat. ???? The drinks where correct. ???? It would have been nice to get straws... and napkins but, ALL of the sandwiches had meat!!! ???? Read more
If I could give a 0 I most definitely would. Did drive through, got several sandwiches. They forgot cheese on every single... sandwich, forgot lettuce on 2 of them, and then never toasted any of the sandwiches, the lady at the window was not veryhelpful and in lack of better words very rude. After getting our food, and driving off, the tea was as sour as it could get.Overall very disappointed with the service, and the food. Read more
I’ve had some iffy experiences here, but Falisha always gives amazing customer service and goes above and beyond to make sure... I enjoy my experiences at Subway and can make anyone’s bad day into a good one. She is super caring. I’m a regular customerbecause of her. Read more
Very skimpy on veggies they ran out of tomato and they were extremely slow. I will drive the extra mile to the location on... choctaw road or mcloud rd for the better food and service. Very dissatisfied with this location . The entire time we r in thereit was one or two being helped four in line behind them . All while the workers complained in front of the customer and theyweren't shy or quiet about it. Read more
Strange location but great service and will get the order right even when I order for six or more people their only downside is... they never label or number the sandwiches so you have to play Santa when distributing the food once you get your order withidentification of whose is whose other than that great location out of the many we go to regularly.
