This place is a shell of its former self. The bathrooms were not clean. There was no toilet paper in the mens bathroom. The... salsa bar no longer exists. The coke machine in the lobby no longer is usable. There was a skeleton crew working. There aresigns everywhere about prices going up on items. Also something about one sauce packet per 2 items. The menu prices have jumpedat least 60-70 percent. I hate to see places like this go away. Read more

I made a large order of 75 tacos via the app ( It saves you money ) for a small gathering i was having. It was ready to go when... i arrived. Food was hot and fresh prepared just as i asked. Guests enjoyed the tacos very much. Where else can you feed 20+people for around 100.00 I did reach out to them from their website contact info page and got a response very quick. They werevery informative on what i needed to do before hand for this order. I will order again when i have my next gathering. Specialthanks to the staff at Harrah who got this order together for me. Ordered two crunchy tacos. The service was fast and efficient. They lose one star because the lady taking the order was not... very friendly (not rude either), and didn't ask if I wanted any sauce. Its sad that many service workers have forgotten thehospitality portion of their job. If I was the manager I would have reminded her that she is to make guests feel welcomed andappreciated. Read more
I have worked here for a week the Boss is laundering money. She buys alcohol for under age minions that work there the minor is... a manager that has spit n my food and nats was n my drink she thought smooth and think they can get away with how they treatpeople well I will make sure this dont happen to anyone else again the boss jamie didn't even do anything about it . They made some changes. Order off the menu. Hot line is gone. Inside is only open from 11am to 3 pm.
Do you self a favor and go elsewhere. I know there is inflation every where but did you really have to make the tacos mini tacos... for 2.00? They are way smaller than they use to be no bigger than their sauce packs now. Not a lot of filling it was damn nearan empty shell on all the tacos. I can buy a pack of shell at the store for 1.79 why go back here to pay 1.99 each?? Alsocharging a extra .15 sauce packs? Taco Bell, Taco Casa, Taco Bueno sure don't do this. One pack for 2 items seems OK ( becauseof the size of the packs)but not when you are splitting food among a few people. This place was dead on a Friday evening at 5pmno one inside one car at the drive thru when i left. Should have taken my 20.00 elsewhere for our dinner. If this location lastslonger than a couple years ill be surprised. Will be like the one in MWC gone like yesterday. I do not recommend will not beback. There is a Taco Bell about 6 miles west of the Mayo in Harrah it is worth the extra time and gas to go there instead. Read more
