I would have given them a five star but the fries were cold. Nobody likes cold fries and everyone knows they don?t reheat well... either. Otherwise the service was spot on and fast! Keep up the good work. Will choose Harriman over Kingston all day everyday!???? Read more
I?m on nightshift right now, I called 3 times. 3 TIMES, around 12:30-1am to see if they was still selling the regular menu and... what I could order. Not 1 pickup, not 1 answer. Listen, I know places can get hectic, trust me I even worked for this particularestablishment, but if you?re so short on people that a simple phone call can?t come in and be picked up, I wouldn?t have muchfaith for the longevity of the establishment. I usually don?t give bad reviews on anything. I just don?t go back but in this case I am not only writing a bad review I will be... contacting the health inspector in roane county. This is by far the worst place I have ever had to deal with. First off theemployee bagging the food was scratching his head then bagging the food without washing his hands flipping his hair around. Whenthe manager told him about it he made a big deal out of it instead of just washing his hands. No one was waring gloves. Themanager stood there and let the employee disrespect a customer that was clearly in the right. Then asked me to leave when I saidshe needed to control the situation. I don't care what the food Nazis say. Stopping in at McDonald's occasionally won't kill you. And, that goes for Wendy's, ... Burger King, Chil-fil-a, etc. McDonalds is good. Read more
