Had the turkey wing dinner platter with Mac & cheese and collard greens for my sides. You get 2 large turkey wings along with... stuffing which is complementary. It was great full of flavor and you got plenty of food on the platter. My mom and two of mydaughters also ordered the turkey wing platters and they were as happy with theirs as I was with mine. Between the three of themthey chose collard greens, macaroni and cheese, potato salad and candied yams as their sides. And they too raved about theflavor and portions size. My 4 year-old granddaughter shared with her mother and really enjoyed the turkey and the greens. Nowit?s gotta be good when a picky 4 yr old child really likes like it!???? My husband got the fried pork chops and he said theytasted very good as well. We got the dinners to celebrate my mom?s birthday. She always asked for their turkey wings platternow I know why. ???? If you're looking for a little soul food this is not the place. If you're looking for A TON of soul in your food you've found... it! Greens? Collard. Bread? Corned. Chicken? Bbqed. Macaroni? Cheesed. Granny Darmics' will not disappoint. My husband and Idevoured our fried catfish, bbq drumsticks, mac and cheese with reckless abandon. The staff was friendly and the food came outquick. Took nearly 20 minutes to receive our drinks. When the food arrived, one person asked for lemon for his fish and was met with an... eye roll from the server. Food was ok, not great. Minutes into eating, the server asked if we want the check, before we had evenfinished our meals and when she brought the check, she proceeded to stand at our table until we paid. Read more
