Typical Pizza Hut experience went and had a pizza and the salad bar. The pizza was the same as another Pizza Hut you go to. As... for the salad it left more to be desired from it but that's what you get for a normal low end salad bar. The place wasn't packedso you could sit away from other customers comfortably and you were mostly left alone unless you flagged down the waiter for allthe tables. Also they couldn't give me the large pizza that I ordered so I ended up with two medium pizzas which I appreciatethem doing that. Read more
No ice... The ice machine is broke. Overheard an employee tell another customer three days. You think the owner/owners of a... major chain restaurant would be able to somehow provide ice for the drinks. Went to Harrisburg Pizza Hut. My husband had to go the counter to get our waitress for some bbq sauce, she brought it to our... table and started to walk off had to ask for a refill. Waitresses/waiters/cooks are inexperienced, misinformed and non-professional here. The pizza was cooked half way, and the... boneless chicken wings were over cooked and over sauced. Pizza had a dirt taste to it due to mushrooms not being washed first.Got a card to call the manager, and card said "tasty hut" on it...wierd. Read more

Ordered a pizza and wings. They didn't put any of the meat I ordered on it didn't seem to have the extra sauce I asked for and... the wings were dry. Also the food was luke warm all for $40.00. And the delivery guy didn't have change which is like a rookiemove unless that's their way to get a better tip. Not the best experience one star is way too much they need a negativedirection to get accurate experience results. Why put someone on taking orders who clearly had a hard time with English soundedlike a Spanish person. Read more
Follow instructions on contactless delivery please I gave a generous tip and had a pricey order and they arrived quickly. But... when instructed to leave on my front porch bench there was an oversight. The associate knocked and waited for a contact deliveryI was in the shower and my 3 year old was taking a nap I had to hop out of the shower to answer the door and my son woke up whenthere were instructions to not knock or wait for me but to leave it outside and I would be notified. Food was fresh and good. Never got drink refills and bathroom needed attention one door won't even stay shut. If building and... service improves to the food quality it would be awesome. Read more
