I?ve had quite a few not so great experiences with this specific store. I called in an order- I requested for both sandwiches to... be toasted a little bit longer? they were not toasted very long at all because the sandwiches were hardly warm and the meat wasstill slightly chilled and the bread did not have a crispy crunch, it was slightly soggy due to the dressing and them sitting ina bag for how ever long and do keep in mind I called in my order and was asked what time would they need to have it ready. Itold them said time and I arrived right on time.. Almost $24 for 2 sandwiches that are not fresh and slightly soggy, I?mslightly disappointed and annoyed. Things happen and I totally get that which is why I don?t sit and write bad reviews on foodchains/restaurants but this isn?t my first bad experience with this location. The food was great but when I walked in this particular establishment it was 81 degrees in there and those kids were literally... sweating while making our sandwiches. At least keep it comfortable inside while it's 100° outside so the patrons can eat incomfort and the employees aren't sweating over the food. Read more

The Prices have gone up way to high for a sandwich. 28$ for 2 6in subs no drinks no chips. Next person behind us spent 38... dollars they could of gone to a sit in restaurant and ate for that much. Read more

This store is filthy. It used to be a great place to eat but now it's dirty and dilapidated.

This used to be my favorite place to eat but every time I go back whether it's a month or three months I either get poor service... or they let me make a mobile order while they're closed. Then I have to get a refund the following week from the manager whodidn't even apologize so... Update they had a good sale on the app and it had been about 6 months so I tried it again yesterdayand ordered curbside and of course I was the last person to get my sandwich. People came after I'd made my order and got theirfood and left but in defense of the person working there they were by themselves I don't blame them at all and my sandwich wasgood but very poor logistics from a management perspective so 1 star and that's for the person working. We have property close by and we've stopped here a few times. I don't understand why they only have 2 employees per shift! I... feel so bad for them ????. Management needs to get their act together and schedule 3 for dinner rush! First of all, we were thefirst of a 9 person line. A man and a little boy came in to pickup an app order which apparently, wasn't seen by either girl.Due to that, one girl was rushing to make this order leaving the other girl to deal with the line by herself. I wanted to trythe new Melts and I ordered the chicken bacon ranch Melt. It is an odd process to say the least. It's discouraged to putvegetables on it as it's cooked longer than a normal toasted sub & it will wilt them. When they serve it, it comes in 2-6"swrapped in a brown paper that it's cooked in?.. The flavor was ok, but it's very sloppy and the southwest sauce I got vanished!I also ordered a pretzel with cheese and it was AWFUL! The case that shows you the pretzels are about double the size of whatyou actually receive and the cheese sauce has no flavor at all. It's a watery/milky sauce that doesn't even taste like cheese.My husband's sub was fine. It took almost fifteen minutes to get our order due to the lack of help. My coworkers and myself ordered using the app for pick up on the 25th and all of our orders were messed up, and one of the... sandwiches had a hair in it that was discovered only after it was half eaten. When someone called to make them aware of themistakes they received attitude from the subway employee. They were very unprofessional in handling all of our unsatisfactoryfood. They stated we could have a refund if we brought all of the food back. We work at a hospital and it isnt very easy for usto just leave. I don't usually leave reviews but this was pretty bad and poorly handled. Read more

A few days ago I stopped in to this Subway around noon. I had two different orders, each having four sandwiches. The crew that... were working that day were rock stars and got us through the line very quickly. They were all very friendly and well organizedas well.
