I spent $9 and change I got the cheese bacon fries with little fries a half piece of bacon and very little cheese it also tasted... like someone dumped the whole salt shaker on them. 4 MONTHS AGO THIS WAS MY REVIEW: Didn't disappoint. Toppings are fresh! Tastes good. TODAY: We ordered two biggie bags,... french fries were great, chicken nuggets were ok, double stacks were about as thick as 3 pieces of paper, the burgers wereovercooked - like eating leather. My boyfriend and I went thru drive thru last night on way home and the order was completely wrong .. I talked to an employee... over the phone that night. I was told to come back at my convenience and reorder my food for free.. the next afternoon I didexactly that.. We came through town after being out all day in the middle of nowhere on our motorcycle ( so drive through would be a pain) on a... Saturday night. No one was open for dine in and we walked in 10 min before closing and they let us eat inside and didn't make usleave when their lobby closed. Definitely will be back based on customer service. Ordered $30 worth of food. We ordered a salad, burgers, and some drinks. The usual. They were not busy. They gave us a different... salad than we asked and couldn't eat it due to allergens. Arguably the worst restaurant in Southern Illinois! Every time I have ordered, there is something wrong/missing. Often having to... repeat myself as other family members have done the same. I ask for light creamer in the frosty-chino, might as well drink amilkshake because you can?t even tell there?s any coffee in it to begin with. If you ask for a triple patty sandwich, good luckit not being a single or worse. Sometimes they forget napkins and/or cutlery. 10/10 I?m avoiding eating here. Read more
I ordered my chicken, no tomato add onion. It came with just mayo and my fries were so burnt and hard, I couldn't eat them.
