I so love how Rachel and Crystal (managers at the store) like to push issues under the rug and not return phone calls. Crystal... was so rude when I called and I am still waiting on a promised return phone call from Rachel. I can see why their employeescould care less about the product they send out. When their night crew cannot get orders right and put lives in damaged byputting items on sandwiches that people are allergic to! Yeah so far no body cares but I wonder if the health department cares? Read more

This store is ran by incompetent leaders/management/owner. Part of their job is to hire a great team. So many employees have... came n went. Whoever is in charge of the hiring process need more training n do proper screening. Employees don?t have propercustomer service skills. There is only 1 employee that bend of backwards doing most of the work while other employees includingleadership take advantage of her kindness and hard work. She is over worked n under paid. This is 1 of the many reasons howcompanies lose good employees. Whoever the owner is they must not be reading reviews, looking at their turnover rate nor checkin on their store or employees. This store will never get another dime from me. If you want a good sub go over to Publix acrossthe street and get a sub. They taste much better anyway. Try it and you?ll see. Read more

Food was horrible falling apart didn't even put any cheese on either of our subs.
