Used to be awesome years ago. It was a great. Now it?s disgusting

We order from here quite often. Almost every week. Sometimes, twice a week. Our food is always hot and delicious. Delivery is... usually quick. I've never had one complaint, until now. I understand that the holidays are busy and things happen. We orderedfrom here the other night, was told that delivery would be 45 to an hour. It was one hour and 45 minutes. Our food was so coldthat we had to reheat it. I called and spoke with the manager who said that she would replace the pizza but we'd have to givethe cold pizza back. I told her that I didn't want to wait another hour and a half or more because I wanted to feed my child.She said she didn't know what to tell me. Wouldn't credit the account. I called back the next day, hoping that a differentmanager was there. Nope. Her name is Tara. She said she was the general manager. When I told her that we actually had to reheateverything that we ordered, she repeated what she had said the night before. Was VERY rude about it. Said that she couldn'treplace the pizza because we refused that the night before and needed the other pizza. Wth? The only resolve was a 15% discounton our next order. They just completely lost our business. We won't be ordering their for fear that they might do somethingnasty to our food. Tara needs to be retrained on customer service. Maybe she should've told us that delivery was behind and itcould take almost 2 hours to get here. Just rude. Read more
