3 servers walked by and couldn't even get a drink ordered let alone food after 20 minutes decided to finally call it quits.... This is the second time we have been here and ended up walking out. We will not even bother coming back....used to be a goodplace but everyone in here now drags there feet and could care less about there job. Working in the food industry for 7 yearsmyself I can honestly say you had the staff to make it happen. It's just a shame there all to sorry to do there job now on sucha slow day. Read more
I had a little cabin fever and decided to get some air. I ended up here and had a good quiet time. I ordered the Caesar salad... and endless wings . Bartender (I sat around the bar) was very attentive and friendly. This is my go to location. Read more
Staying at Harrisburg for vacation, decided to eat here for dinner. No refills and waitress only checked on us once, some staff... was nice but for some reason waitress didn't give us the receipt she just said how much we owed. Food was average but the factwe never got the receipt and her first focus was a credit card made my family wary, especially since we had a near-miss of awaiter trying to copy my mom's credit card information. I assume this is a nice place during the day but holy moley, do NOTcome here at night. Read more
We ordered 3 meals for delivery. I asked to have my steak medium well. It came with just the outside cooked. The broccoli was so... salty it gagged me . The only good thing was the potatoes. We asked for 3 sets of utensils 1 for each dinner. They only sent 1.I'm really upset with the steak dinner I received . All the money I paid and only ate the potatoes. Read more
We started off with a good meal and everything?The waitress decides to tell me how much my check was OUT LOUD when I didn?t ask... her. Then since we got the endless buffalo wings and fries, we asked for another order of wings and fries and instead she comesout with a to go box and the check. She comes back with the receipt and I asked her if our food was still coming out and shesaid yes and when she brings it, it didn?t come out with any fries and she says saying ?I didn?t ask for fries? it comes withthe meal why should I have to ask for that separately when I said can I re-order the same meal. Then she continues to say?people always try to take the food to go when they aren?t supposed to but I don?t anything. You didn?t ask for fries you needto ask separately.? We like Applebee's. Therefore we were surprised how awful the one in Harrisburg, Pa. was. Timing was bad, appetizers arrived... just before entrées did. Had to ask for utensils when food arrived. Had to remind server twice we needed boxes and three timesfor my refill. Won't be back here. Read more
The food was good, although smaller portions thn what I remember the last time I went to Applebee's. Service was okay our... waitress had a new employee shadowing with her which is promising. The tables are bare so if need any condiments be sure to ask. Read more
My family and I went in for lunch today was seated right away, sat there for 15 mins at least and never had a waiter acknowledge... us. 3 servers had walked by us and we couldn't even get a hello ill be right with you let alone be able to order drinks andfood. Ended up leaving after waiting so long. Will not waste my time going back to this location. Read more
