I ordered a cake for my son's birthday online. I received an order confirmation with a pick up time. When I went to the store to... pick up my cake not only did they say they do not have it but the staff gave me nothing but attitude. Their response was thatthere was nothing they could do about it. Even though I had my receipt it was painful trying to get a refund. I think anybusiness that respects their customer would have at least apologized for their mistake! They are more than likely out of items... on the regular (twice in one week, days apart, they didn't have the items to make an iced coffee?). They appear to only take oneorder at a time, and will not take another order until the previous has been completed...which can take several minutes. Mylongest wait here has been 25 minutes with two cars in front of me! You almost are always waited on a teenager who seems morebusy talking to their coworkers than serving you. Read more
