I ordered a cake for my son's birthday online. I received an order confirmation with a pick up time. When I went to the store to... pick up my cake not only did they say they do not have it but the staff gave me nothing but attitude. Their response was thatthere was nothing they could do about it. Even though I had my receipt it was painful trying to get a refund. I think anybusiness that respects their customer would have at least apologized for their mistake! I would give zero stars if I could. The ice cream tasted like just ice...there was neither cream nor flavor anywhere to be... found... the peanut butter "sauce" tasted like just peanut butter and the ice cream tasted freezer burnt. The ice cream here is really good, however there are two girls that work here that have the meanest disposition. Whenever I come... in, I feel like I am bothering them and all I get is an ice cream cone. They should learn how to be a little more friendly,especially since there is another ice cream place right around the corner. Read more
It is a very hit or miss experience at this store, with it more than often being a miss. They are more than likely out of items... on the regular (twice in one week, days apart, they didn't have the items to make an iced coffee?). They appear to only take oneorder at a time, and will not take another order until the previous has been completed...which can take several minutes. Mylongest wait here has been 25 minutes with two cars in front of me! You almost are always waited on a teenager who seems morebusy talking to their coworkers than serving you. Read more
