I am a handicapped person. I can barely walk so I use the drive thru regularly. I've been going to this location for years... now. All I asked for was French fries without salt. (That's how I like them) It was roughly 12:45 pm. Prime lunch hour right?You'd figure they could make an order of FF without salt and then salt the remaining after. It's not like they weren't going toget used up in a timely fashion. Now if you argue they are trying to keep the line moving that's utter BUNK! that drive thru isso slow most days they only take 1 order and fill while you wait for them to get back to you and take your order. Or you getstuck behind a mini van full of kids and that takes 15-20 minutes! If this is the new policy for all burger kings there is nomore... have it your way at burger King. It's new slogan should be burger King take it or leave it! So I left it. Going tofollow up with corporate HQ next. Read more

I waited in the drive thru for 13 minutes from time of placing my order until I left with my food. There was only one vehicle in... line in front of me. The vehicle in front of me sat waiting for food so long that I turned my car off while I waited behindthem. When I got to the window to pick up my food the girl at the window opened the window and commented on how good the coolbreeze felt, then I waited for my food. As I was waiting with their window open I was treated to endless bickering between thestaff. A long wait stuck behind a van I assume they had a big order, whatever. My order was pretty simple a #1 plain withcheese only, medium, with a coke and a #1 plain, no cheese, medium with a coke. How was that not an easy order? ApparentlyBurger, cheese, bun and burger, bun, both with fries and a drink is too complicated. Maybe that's why the staff were constantlybickering. Honestly, if someone were bickering at me constantly I might have trouble focusing on the job at hand also. Somebodyor possibly everybody at this location needs retraining, or a different job altogether. I would encourage the owner of thislocation to close for a few weeks, retrain everyone, hire additional staff, train them well, and then try again. Read more

I ordered a big bacon King, fries were hot and so was the burger. The inside was clean.

Drive thru sucks... They just don't pay enoughx I get it. Dealing with people isn't worth 15 bucks. The $5 your way meal is on... point. But I waited 30 mins with 3 cars in front of me. The second time. I went in, ordered twice as much and it took under 10.The soda fountain was foul. I said something to the cashier. He obviously did t care. He clocked out a minute later. Read more

I feel so bad for the staff here, they need more!! They always get my order right but the Line here is always so darn long! ... They just finally opened back up the inside so you can always go in when Drive Thru is busy. Never really have a problem herebesides that... Love a fast food place that can get the order CORRECT 99% of the time! :) Read more

This location is known for slacking of their burger making skills, but not today. I ordered a Whopper Jr with extra tomatoes and... pickles, and what I got was picture perfect masterpiece. Keep up making burgers like this and I will gladly come back. Read more
