Sunday dinner. I haven?t been to Chili?s in years and typically don?t enjoy chains. I got shrimp tacos. They were ok. My friend... got the smokehouse combo and seemed to enjoy it. The quesadillas looked bigger and crisper on the pic in the menu. We sat at thebar. Bartender was friendly. Bathroom could have used a little cleaning. We had delicious food! Loved the Cajun pasta!!! Unfortunately, the service was not great. Everyone seemed in a hurry! The... restaurant was extremely dirty! The floor looks like it had not been cleaned in days! The staff was hanging out in a section ofbooths and they had uneaten food sitting all over the place. The bathroom was so dirty and not clean! This was honestly my worst trip to any Chili?s ever first bathroom was very dirty I go to sit down at my table nurse food all... over the seat had a waitress who brought out really greasy mushy tortilla chips and I asked her for a fresh batch and she saidThis is the only batch that they made today they?re all the same I waited a little bit and a different lady who brought my foodout, asked if I needed anything and i said sure, another salsa and chips? Amazingly I got nice hard, crunchy chips that didn?texist minutes before according to my waitress. Besides that, the ribs I ordered were very dry and the mashed potatoes too. Ialso almost sat on a seat that had cake and other food left on it, luckily I looked before I sat down. I wish I?d taken pics ofthe other stuff, especially the bathroom. 1/9/22 Had chips & salsa; non-lcoholic beer,, steak, steamed brocolli & mashed potatoes. Hubby shared chips & salsa, had a bacon... burger, fries & seltzer. Yummy as always! Had chips & salsa, loaded baked potato soup & salad! All were yummy! Also had 2non-alcoholic Heineken beers. My hubby had shrimp fajitas, which he said were also yummy! First time in any restaurant since March of 2020. Service was as quick as it could be despite being short staffed. Server was... friendly and they checked on us often. Tables were clean and I felt relatively "safe" despite the pandemic still being alive andwell. Food was done perfectly! Husband and I both enjoyed our meals, and my son loved the broccoli! The appetizer Texas Fries was pretty good. Plenty of cheese, bacon, and jalapeños. The only down side was it was slightly on... the burned side and took a while to be brought out. Meals took a long time to be served even after the long wait for theappetizer. Ribs were phenomenal and fell right off the bone. Grilled corn was great and had a unique flavor. Pulled porkquesadillas were very soft. Fries again were on the hard side. Crispy chicken was great. They did forget my bread but thewaitress corrected that expediently. Cheesecake was outstanding. Very light and fluffy and the puree was great. Really enjoyedthat! Bathrooms are pretty gross and missing things like paper towels. Used paper towels were strewn about the floor andeverything just looked unclean. Read more
