I walk into the restaurant, online ordering until 3:00 PM. So I walk in at 2:55, wait 5 minutes for the line to open, they told... me it?s still going to be online order only for now after 3:00. Waited a few minutes to get my online order when it appeared noother online orders and no other customers in the store. Waited 15 minutes as the only customer in the store. The manager, ladywith glasses, was literally just standing there with two employees doing nothing. I?ve seen new employees every week so it tellsme something about store management if turnover is like that. I hate online ordering as I?m strict with my food macros and needto make sure I?m getting the correct amount of food in person which doesn?t always happen when I order online. Love Chipotlefood and convenience towards my gym but honestly this location disappoints every-time. Wish this would be replaced by a foodbusiness that would actually care. Read more
I have always had wonderful meals at Chipotle. Across the country or hometown it makes no difference. The staff is always top... notch and ready to help. Even with food allergies I know with their care I am safe to enjoy. Read more
This place has gone down hill. I ordered 3 bowls . No guacamole on any , one had mostly rice , one had about 1/2 lb cheese and... hardly any other food. It was clearly written on each order .and one bowl had mostly lettuce . Clearly no one cares , and can?tread the orders ! I suggest management go over what words and phrases mean when they do online orders ! Read more
I don?t think the rice in my bowl was cooked at all. Every single bite was crunchy, I ate a few bites and had to throw the rest... away. The time before this half the items were missing off the bowl and the food was bland. The time before that the bowl wasincorrectly made. I give up and will never return to this location (just like the union deposit location). What a shame becauseI used to love chipotle and now it?s terrible Read more
Every time I go to this location they are out of the grilled veggies. It used to be clean and have a well stocked supply of... choices. No longer the case. In addition the counter is a mess. Read more
Placed an online order here and they just absolutely failed at making it. We got two bowls instead of a bowl and a burrito, and... there were no fajita veggies or salsa on either, and lettuce on only one. My bowl was just rice and beans, meat, and dairy! (Thered salsa in the picture is our own that we added to try and jazz it up a bit, and I stole some of my husband's lettuce. Notsure how he got lettuce and I didn't.) Whether it?s wrong toppings or no dressing for their salad this store has constantly let me down. I don?t think I have ever had... to contact customer service more for any company. I?m sure if I drove back over there they would handle it but cost of gasisn?t worth it. They offer a bogo coupon when I should get my money back. The last time this happened for a delivery they gaveme a free meal but that didn?t cover the delivery nor the double meat I chose to get for once. I shouldn?t have to double checkyour food before I leave the store but it looks like I wil have to from now on if there is a now on. Smh Read more
