Arrived with a group from a bus trip. While they were understaffed you wouldn?t have known it. The staff did a great job seating... and serving everyone. The food was good, but the staff was definitely outstanding. Read more

The food was good traditional Cracker Barrel quality. The cleanliness of the store was horrible. Two bathroom stalls were out of... tissue paper. There were no paper towels trash cans were full. The floor in the dining area was disgusting and full of garbage. Our server was attentive, but she did not give us appetizer plates, or bread plate. We ended up eating off of our napkins. Whenwe went to pay our bill, all of the staff was upfront in the middle of a conversation, and I could barely get to the register.Perhaps they should spend more time cleaning the store and less time gathering with their friends. Order was incomplete, food was missing items like NO gravy on chicken fried chicken, biscuits were burnt, and food tastes like... its not seasoned at all. I ordered fruit cobble and received a cup of peaches. I do not recommend!!! Treat peoples orders likeit was for yourself. Read more

Got Sat, asked to change seat was told no. Sat there for at least 20 minutes until I asked who my server was. She came over I... asked if I could have Turkey she told me it was a lunch special. She got me a water ,I ordered a side of Mac& bacon. She didcome back for 15 minutes. I asked her why turkey was on dinner menu. She said , I misunderstood her. She was very short with me.She seemed overwhelmed. Someone else brought my meal and asked if I needed anything else. I said the biscuit & cornbread. No onechecked back with me. I paid for a dinner portion got served a lunch portion. The food was good but way over priced for portion.Won't be returning. She came over and gave me the check. She shouldn't be working with the public. Read more

The manager Tyler handled a situation poorly. I ordered the same thing I ALWAYS order being the egg and bacon casserole with... medium eggs. It arrived with scrambled eggs. The server was confused because the computer allowed her to add the eggs this waybut the manager comes over and says sorry we have to make the eggs scrambled now no exceptions. Rather than letting me make thechoice they brought me what they wanted. The poor server was so apologetic because she knew what I ordered but the managercharged me two medium eggs rather than comping them because they made the mistake. How dare you choose for me rather thanallowing me to choose if I want to pay for extra eggs cooked how I ordered them or change my order. I love Cracker Barrel butthis Tyler girl should not be in charge. Poorly handled, shame in you. You should be embarrassed for your actions when yourrestaurant made the mistake. The server was the only one who actually cared, she knew what the right action should have been andcouldn't stop apologizing to us. I had to pay for a side of two eggs and remove the scrambled once my correct eggs came. Thisshould be zero stars , sadly it's not an option had to choose one star Read more

Probably one of the worst cracker barreck experiences I've ever had. We were told there was a 25 minute wait which okay it's... 8:00. It's busy time. When we looked in the dining room. There's about six tables and the rest are filled with dirty dishes. Weorder our food and when I got the chicken fried chicken with a loaded baked potato, I get it all the time at my local crackerbarrel. Normally it's crispy and moist. This time it was bland and soggy. The potato I got, the bacon was ice cold and obviouslyraw. I pointed it out to the waiter and they said it's just how it is and reason it wasn't hot was because it wasn't under theheat lamp. The bacon was as red as my sunburn when it should be crunchy not chewy. There was no effort to right the wrong. Read more

I want to preface this by saying I really enjoy the Cracker Barrel franchise, but today, seemed to be an off day for them. I... ordered the country boy breakfast, and when I asked for medium rare, the waitress said "we only do medium and above". I was likeokay cool, I'll have medium, but the picture you see clearly shows that it was barely even cooked. It was actually quite cold inthe middle. I asked them to make a new one, again at medium, because I was told that's all they do. This time it came out mediumrare, which I prefer anyway. However, it definitely seems like there's a misunderstanding between some of the wait staff and thekitchen. The first steak was so undercooked that I could barely get my fork in there. The second one was at least edible, and itwas seasoned beautifully, but it still wasn't medium as I was led to believe. I would suggest the wait staff and the kitchenstaff come to an understanding so that mishaps like this don't happen again. Read more

I?m surprised :( I have heard many times of people going here, but never heard of their experience dining here. This place... doesn?t stress the wearing a mask policy, which is awesome. However my experience here was poppy. The place has one entrance, coming through their store literally. Their store is has so many displays of goodies that it felt like I was going through awinding road to get to the restaurant. It definitely has an old-school country vibe, to me it kinda feels outdated. I saw hairhot combs & old barbershop price menus stuck to the walls as decor. I?m unsure how these tops went with the brand?s theme. Theplace smelled, my step-daughter asked me ?why did it smell like cat?? In there. I told her to be nice yikes! The food took awhile to come, and when it did come it was hot, dry and did taste good. My fish wasn?t moist at all but did have an amazing dryrub on it. I requested to have a side of their maple bacon sauce & then my fish was delicious. My dumplings weren?t my favorite. It tasted like a boiled flour dumpling that?s pulled after being cooked & stewed in gravy :( I wouldn?t recommend tomillennials, but my grandma would love it.
