Group of six were seated tightly at a small table when many other tables were available to combine to form a larger table for... our group and it wasn’t a busy evening at the restaurant but the person who sat us down didn’t think to do that. Table sideguacamole was good but a bit overly too salty. Water leaked out of my glass all evening and the waitress didn’t even noticethe puddle of water in front of me even when she put the plate of food down in front of me. Got the fajitas texana which wasokay, meat was super finely chopped and became chewy and dry. After we finished our meal, we were sitting and talking and acouple of ladies from the bar start telling us that they saw a mouse coming towards our table and to keep it away from them. Came here for family dinner. I got the chicken burrito dinner and boyfriend got the Hawaiian fajitas and ended with a fried ice... cream. The chicken was dry but the steak in the fajita was delicious! I never had actual fried ice cream, but boyfriend’sparents said this place used to make fried ice cream with actual dough and deep fried it, but ours was just ice cream coveredwith a type cereal.. not sure if they changed their fried ice cream? Great place, not only in food quality but also the authentic design specially in the interior. You'll feel like you entered an... authentic Mexican ranch house, cantina. Well designed and decorated. I’d like to say the food was really great, yummy, and huge. BUT, the service wasn’t as good as you want it. We ordered... drinks, it didn’t come until the food came and we weren’t on the mood of drinks anymore so we canceled them. Then we askedfor sour cream, they didn’t bring it until almost we were done with our food and definitely they charged us for something thatwe didn’t eat. Looking for a great Birthday meal and just driving by the area heading elsewhere for dinner but decided to stop in to see what... the experience would be like..Definitely a great time and meal with a comfortable family friendly atmosphere. Service was up topar with fast turnaround time for the orders to be served..Staff was all very cordial and welcoming from the Hostess to the waitstaff..Definitely a must visit again location.
