Every time I'm near Harrisburg, I stop at Friendly's for a Reeses Pieces Sunday (large, of course!) I believe that this is the... closest Friendly's to my Pittsburgh home. Always fast and friendly (no pun intended) service. Read more

I was in Harrisburg for work and honestly didn't know Friendly's existed anymore (haven't seen one in years). This meal was such... a dose of nostalgia and was delicious to top it off. Exactly how I remembered Friendly's to be! Read more

Awful service. My wife and I walked through the door around 7:30-8pm. Maybe about six employees looked at us several times in... the 5 minutes we spent standing there. There were hardly any customers, nearly every table was empty which made this even moreawkward. One employee was laying down on the barstools to the left of the main door, on his phone. One employee was justwatching tv in the dining area. Nobody said anything to us, no ?someone will be right with you? or ?ill let the hostess know youare here?. Nothing like that. Finally a waitress looked very annoyed that we were standing there, walked toward the kitchen andyelled out ?people are here!?. When the hostess finally came out there was no apology or anything but she was very nice andwelcoming. Where we were sitting, the employee who was watching tv kept walking back and forth from the kitchen to right next toour table to watch the tv. It was very annoying and uncomfortable. Food was prompt and good. I would recommend this place fortakeout but not for a dining experience. Read more

What an awesome experience. This was our first time dining at a Friendly's. Our Server Vicki was amazing. We had 4 adults and... 2 children in our party. Vicki was very attentive and did a phenomenal job. Our food and desserts were perfect. I highlyrecommend stopping here. Read more

There was no wait. The restaurant was clean and inviting. Our waitress was glad we were there and got creative with our fruit... cup. If you are gluten free I recommend bringing your own bread. That is how we got the fruit cup, the waitress offered fruitcup to replace the bread offering. This restaurant lives up to its name. Oh, remember to get some ice cream while you're there.Kids get it with their meal! Read more

It has been years since I've been to Friendly's...it was clean and not too crowded. The menu selection was the same except... prices were higher as they are everywhere. I will definitely bring my kids back. The only thing missing was the puzzles onthe tables, but also understandable due to COVID.. loved the $1.00 sundae after having a meal special. Read more
