Pizza was good but small complaint. I ordered and paid for a garlic sauce. I didn't get it. I ran outside because the driver was... still there and tried to wave him down in case the garlic sauce was there. He sped off. I tried to call the number of the storebut after three calls it just kept hanging up. I called the consumer line and left a message, I am sure no one will return mycall. It sucks though. Read more
Omg! Thank you Anthony! You are a God send to this store. You saved our night. Long story short, we came in close to closing... and he said, he's got us. Horrible Horrible Horrible service. Staff is disrespectful and does not know how to talk to females. He was cussing and getting... smart in front of customers, Wait time was extremely long even though it was only 1 person in front of me to order there waitingand after 15 minutes of waiting still did not get my order taken. Once i got my food it was not the correct order. Never will Iever referred this location. Worst management ever! My daughter interviewed with a nice lady named Betty! She was super excited to start her first ever job!... Well up until she went in for the first day and was greeted by the wicked witch! Only difference was she had purple hair notgreen! U get a job so u have to follow rules! That is fine but there is a certain way a manager should act! Instead of yellingand being a c**t go ahead and TEACH the kids! That is what u are being paid to do! I was a manager at 2 diff fast foodrestaurants and I never treated my high school aged kids like the way my daughter described to me how this little girl (woman)treated her! Needless to say my daughter will not be going back to work! Maybe u should teach ur ?assistant manager? suchmanaging skills! Don't know why I continue to go to this place... I feel bad for the ladies upfront because the people making the pizzas keep... screwing things up and they have to hear it all...extra mushroom on one and extra beef extra mushroom on the other...see photosyou be the judge. Every time we have gone here something is incorrect...Very pleasant lady upfront had them remade and stillnot even close. Tried to call numerous times on a Saturday afternoon. No one picked up. Tried to order on the app and also the website but there... wasn?t an order option available. Decided to go into the store and order. Wanted a custom deep dish (pepperoni and mushroom) andcrazy bread. The first (and only) cashier working seemed overwhelmed and unsure of the ordering system. After waiting in linefor 7 minutes I placed my order. Pizza was done after 15 minute wait but then realized the cashier rang me up for only 1 crazybread when I said I wanted 2. Three workers had returned from a break and now took over the registers. Decided to get one morecheese deep dish since the first pizza I ordered seemed small and was told it would be another 15 minutes. So much for hot nready! Breadsticks were horrible. Basically oil dipped crusts. No Parmesean cheese on them. Pizza was lacking in sauce. No sauceat all on 1.5? from edge. This location needs some serious improvements. Also needs a good cleaning in the waiting area. Thefirst time I ordered from there was shortly after they first opened last year and the food was great and ready fast. Little Ceasars isn't the best pizza at all, but I saw a commercial and decided to get it. It was ok. I also purchased some... brownies, I think they were supposed to be Twix and they were absolutely disgusting. Not really sure what I was thinking ????. Read more
