I?m kind of disappointed with McDonald?s these days. It seems that every McDonald?s that we go to their milkshake machine... doesn?t work or their frappe machine is dirty or something having to do with one of the machines having to do with ice cream isnot up and running. I don?t know why this is, but I know when High would go to McDonald?s back in the day everything was up andrunning McDonald?s never let their machine down for more than a half a day that cost them money. And as a person that doesMcDonald?s every day sometimes twice a day I find this very disturbing. I had to wean myself off my frappes because I wasaddicted to them. And with the machine only working a quarter of the time that just wasn?t satisfying my need. I have calledcorporate office, asking why more than half of the McDonald?s in the greater Harrisburg area have machines that aren?t runningor are broken or waiting on a part. This doesn?t make any sense to me to have all these machines that are broken in theserestaurants corporate office act like they didn?t have any idea what I was saying, so it fits the purpose of getting thesemanagers some help if that?s what indeed they need. I think that the managers of these stores need to be more mindful of thecustomers needs and wants and either call corporate and have them get a move on with the parts that they need for machines ortell their employees to stop being lazy and clean the machines. Great place. Just the same food tho. Nothing new. Although glad they brought back the steak egg cheese bagel. The best! Just... need to use steak with less pieces of fat/grisle in it. Read more
Always have an excuse for wait in drive thru... they are short handed. They have two lanes in drive thru... three of us sat in... one lane while five cars got waited on in the other lane. The car in front of me finally got her order taken and when I pull upthey tell me to wait, but the two cars in the other lane get their order taken. Finally get my order taken and get to work to anon-edible hashbrown! It was hard as a rock! Wasn't even hot, so was it a week old or what! Definitely way over fried! Last timemy breakfast sandwich had no cheese or bacon! And prices went up again! Read more
Eh, my grandkid's other grandmother wanted to grab a bite and it seemed the lesser of two evils than to argue with her so I... acquiesced to the request but people, people: please limit your intake. Not trying to be preachy but love yourself and opt forhomemade more often than not. Read more
Every time I come to pick up my mobile order at this location the employees tell me the transaction didn?t go through. They?ll... keep insisting I need to pay until I show them on my phone that the transaction did in fact go through and I was charged. Becareful when ordering online at this location, the employees are thieves. Read more
This McDonalds is very hit and miss, I don?t go to McDonald?s often but when I do, I always use the mobile order feature to skip... the drive thru. About a year ago the service would be quick as expected, even with the coronavirus pandemic and the greatresignation. Now, this McDonald?s looks to be fully staffed, as there are always a TON of employees standing around. I?ve waitedover an hour on three separate occasions for my mobile order.
