The food was very sloppy and hardly put together. We did not receive out drinking cups either. Had to go back twice for things... that were missed. Also, I was suppose to dine in but they gave me a to go bag. Just poor service overall. Read more
Worst experience ever. Ordered a 20 piece nugget, and a large 10 piece nugget meal with fries. Both were stale and tasted like... they had been sitting out for hours. Don?t know why I keep giving this location a chance. Disappointing every single time. Read more
After going to four different McDonald?s I finally hit this McDonald?s and actually got a chocolate milkshake! I was actually... thrilled. But then again this particular McDonald?s always has everything and it seems there are machines never break down Iwonder how that is. Maybe their employees take better care of the equipment. Or maybe their employees are better at treating thecustomers who knows I?m just please that I got my chocolate milkshake and was treated accordingly with great customer service asalways at this particular McDonald?s kudos to you Allentown Boulevard McDonald?s! This McDonald's was fast and the food was hot. However the women taking the order was very pushy for us to hurry up even though... no one was behind us. I thought it was the greatest thing there was a pay phone .. I haven't seen one in 10 years Read more
Food was okay but management need to focus little more for cleanliness. Restroom was dirty, out of order and basin was even... overflowing. Showing plenty of employees inside, laughing and talking but seems they don't care or it may not their duty. Read more
Needed some food and decided to take the exit to go to this McDs on my way to NY. It was after 1 when I stopped by and the drive... thru were busy. The cashier was friendly and gave my finicky dogs some dog treats that they didn't eat. It was very sweet thatshe had dog treats for their doggie customers. The food was perfectly cooked. The fries were crunchy on the outside and soft inthe inside, just the way I like it. The fish filet was not centered in between the buns that I had to adjust it. The chickennuggets were perfectly fried and when they got a little cold, they didn't get hard and dry. One of the best McDs meals I have,and I have eaten many over the years. Read more
Drive thur was super-fast! I like that in fastfood. Going to this location again. Having to go over to the hold line for 10-20... minutes kind of cancels out the fast. Read more
