So I?ve ordered a few times and I?ve finally come to the conclusion that this place is just not it. The pizza is bad, my wings... were old, refried and dry. There bread is great though! Lol. But the customer service is trash. My last order was delivered withslice and not only were they Extremely late after already delaying my eta delivery time, but they also sent an incomplete order.The fact that they didn?t communicate this with Slice and Slice didn?t communicate this with me got me really upset. Not all workers know how to do pizza must know when to go bought 3 pies from a older gentleman there it must?ve been him who did... it I pull up and he is smoking outside plus when I go In buisness he only one there and charges me and gives me pies but Ididn?t just leave them there because I wasn?t gonna start trouble just give them a bad review it hurts more but service was notup to par as food wise I?m sorry for this comment but whoever owns this must know that that older gentleman is not working howhe should be and maybe needs assistance I was very disappointed with my pies because I spoke so well about you guys that myfamily didn?t even eat it they ordered something else left me with 3 pies but it is what it is all I can do is put my 2 cents in Read more
I forgot to review when I ordered last a few weeks ago but this is prolly going to be my pizza place just how the guy (I think... the owner) treated us so nicely. We got food right when they opened he came out and offered us a seat to wait for our food cuzhe was making it fresh and their delivery driver didnt show up so we had to pick it up and for having to come pick it up he wasnice enough to give us a free 2 liter and a can of soda. This review is for their wings only. I cannot speak on behalf of other food items. I personally wanted to try out their wings.... Specifically honey mustard wings. Surprised when I picked up my order (I?ll explain in my third paragraph) I ordered a pickupof 24 wings for $18.50 (without tax). I arrived a bit early and stayed in their waiting area. It was nice and quiet, withbaseball on the TV. Looked like a tiny small corner store with a restaurant inside. I liked the atmosphere. The girl at theregister was friendly. I could sense it was a family business and they were nice people. Now, the wings. I was expecting smallwings, but these were HUGE. They were hot when I picked it up. The absolute worst. We ordered food at 6:50pm on a Friday night, so I expected it to take a while, but TWO HOURS go by and my... husband finally called to see what was up. He was passed around to different people on the phone to very rudely finally be toldthat "He left already." Before my husband could say another word they hung up on him. My pizza dough was raw & cold also took 1 hour to bring me my food I ordered a 15.99 special & they said it came up to 21... dollars when online It says delivery was 1 dollar & they stole 14 dollars they only gave me 8 dollars back I went into the store& they were being childish & laughing in my face about the situation & never returned my money! The food was great..prices were acceptable..the place itself was kinda disappointing. Tables were dirty,bathroom was worse (as... picture shows). There was also a foul odor...it gave me a headache. Being open(and newly renovated),it is disturbing to see howtrashed the place was. Read more
No no no I ordered a large extra cheese, first off their was only one guy there who was taken orders handling money and then... cooking the food,, red flags, when I got home with my pizza it was smothered in grease, the dough was raw, and all the cheesefound it's way to the middle of the pizza...
