Communication to customers is lacking seriously. Last week we put in an order on their website and they ended up being closed.... Google said they were open and their website let us put the order through and even told us our order was ready for pick up. Gotthere and they?re closed. Luckily someone was there and we were able to let them know about their hours online and they changedit and we got a refund. Now today I try to order lunch and they?re again closing early with no update to hours on website oronline. I understand staffing is bad everywhere and places can?t handle full hours but a little communication to customers isall I ask. Read more
The food a Neato is good you get to make your own burritos with different flavored flower tortillas and other ingredients . It... quiet not fancy . I would have given them 5 5tars except now they only take debit and ???? credit cards . Read more
Service was great! Pineapple salsa had a good flavor (but it was the only thing with flavor, unfortunately). Next time I will... need to add more kick. Tortilla chips are not worth the extra cost. Read more
I have had many burritos and mixed Mexican/American food and this is without a doubt the worst. The food was bland and near... inedible. However, the only shining part was the customer service which was fantastic even though the food was horrid. The ricewas over cooked, the chicken was bland, the guacamole was brown, and the salsa had zero flavor. Read more
Made a chicken burrito and it was pretty good. Only thing I would say is the chicken has zero flavor at all and is just pulled.... Just a heads up if you want chicken. Love the soda, that black cherry was banging! Read more
I just stopped in while traveling though and I hit the jackpot. This is the best burrito I?ve had in years. I go a humongous... Chicken Cowboy Crunch burrito and there is no doubt I will be back next time through. They also have gluten free tortillas anddo bowls. The nice selection of uncommon sodas which is alway nice. Great food. .... But when it was time to pay. They informed me that they could not take cash because they had no where to "take... it". Then created a stink about the fact that I needed to run to put money on a card. When I returned to pay with a card, itseemed to be a problem making them wait We were two out of four customers in the establishment. The kid needs an attitude checkand needs to tell people when shxt like this happens. Not my fault they can't take cash. I didn't know. Food was good tho. Read more
