Can I rate 0 stars? We went in for dinner after not coming to this one for awhile because of poor service but decided to give it... another try. After sitting and waiting for over 30 mins one of the girls behind the food counter shouted across the restaurantto me asking what my order was so I told her and she continued to shout they didn?t have it but I couldn?t hear her so we got upto go to the counter and she was very unprofessional and had an attitude. ?We?ve been calling you? and I said oh I?m so sorry Ihad my phone in my hand, thinking since I opted for texts she meant my cell phone and she laughs and said no calling for you andI said again oh I?m sorry we didn?t hear you and she goes yeah we don?t have what you ordered and I said sure can we just cancelthe order, a manager, believe his name was Elijah said I?ll meet you at the front so we go and wait for him. And he again saidthey were calling us, which we didn?t hear and I?ve already made that clear and I shouldn?t have to continue to apologize fornot hearing them and they should have gone out to the floor and said something to us instead of unprofessionally shoutingthrough the dining room, but okay. And I told him you know I didn?t really appreciate her attitude and the MANAGER says ?nah shedidn?t have one? excuse me? What type of manager answer is that. I wasn?t ever once rude, raise my voice or anything. I simplystated I didn?t really appreciate her attitude which she most certainly did have. We will continue to not go to Panera becauseof the absolute terrible service and terrible management. Read more

Bryn was the person who helped me. She was outstanding!! I didn?t want to use the kiosk to order so when I asked she cheerfully... told me she could help me, with a great smile. Not only did she take my order but she asked what color mug I wanted for mycoffee, and told me all the colors. I had questions for her and she was patient and kind. It?s sometimes rare to find a youngerperson that gives great service so I was pleasantly surprised!! This is Panera at HighPoint Shopping Center in Harrisburg PA. Read more

Went waited 25 or more minutes in the drive thru I know that they don't sell wheat bread because I learned that over many... visits before very rudely I was told then that they don't carry wheat bread that it's White Whole grain and if I didn't wantthat she could just xcl my order. Thank you for that experience. And now 4 2day I waited for 25 mins. Or more ask for a wholeWhite whole grain tuna fish sandwich and said it more than 2, then get some kind of bread I was not eat. On the bottom of therereceipt say, "let us know if your order is not correct." I go through the drive thru 1st to learn that I can come in (lobby wasclose note on door) to get the order over. There was a older man blue pole shirt at the counter who put his mask up and said canhe help me as I'm explaining to him what happened he then begins to give me unnecessary personality as I got the story outanother employee came up and said he would make my sandwich. I told the manager thank you he didn't reply. I felt like afterwaiting in that dam 1 way in and no way out drive thru that the 1st rep. Should have said sorry about your wait but nope.
