This is a place where the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing the only reason I even stop at a flying j anymore... is to get their sausage gravy self serve! When I called the guy I talked to had no clue of the operation of the store that heworked at! The only reason I come to any flying j location to fuel is if I know for sure if they have biscuits and sausage gravyself-serve! Because the PJ fresh version is ultra skimpy and my like most truck drivers I won't eat my breakfast for a few hoursafter ordering it and they charge you a dollar a scoop which is flat out highway robbery even though I love their gravy Idefinitely will not patron a location that charges me extra $1 by the scoop! I stopped in today to grab a couple things real quick and I was shocked by how busy it was. Even with all the chaos the manager... on duty Adam was so polite and greeted me as I walked through the door. When I got to the register he asked if I foundeverything I was looking for. He was so polite even though he was doing multiple things at once. I have been too many truckstops in my life. But this was by far my most pleasant experience. The customer service that Adam and this store presentedreally is a lost art these days. Flying J has me as a long time customer for the future! Read more

Stopped in with my brother to get some coffee and it was a very pleasant experience. The clerks were wholesome and welcoming and... dealt with an unruly customer very professionally. Sky the cook made the food so good we thought we were at home getting a homecooked meal. Coffee was great as well. 5 stars for sure. Read more

One of the BEST flying J's I have ever been to! I can't wait to come back! There is an awesome Perkins restaurant connected to... it and is one of my most favorite restaurants on the road. Wish we had a Perkins in the Los Angeles area ???? Clean restroomsand showers and there is a dunking donut coffee ? Mmmmm Read more
The staff at this flying need re-training they all unknowable with they work including they mangers I need simple email to be... printed out off US Canada Pilot Flying J this is the only Pilot that don't print emails wow. No more stop for anything thanks. Read more
