Ordered pizzas online. When I went to pick them up I noticed that they were not made right.(hand tossed instead of pan) told the... waitress and when the manager came, he looked at them grabbed the 3 boxes and slammed them on top of the closed trash can. I placed my order at the counter with with one worker who attempted to do it all. Four other employees sitting in the dining... room. I made it very clear I wanted to eat my order there which she said was okay. She told me the food would be in a Box togo and I said OK. Food was delivered with no fork or napkins. Employees then started to discuss That the food inspectionresults had been delivered. That is the last thing I wanted to hear in this restaurant that was questionable from the start. Read more

I know staffing is hard to come by. Why people don't want actual jobs anymore, I don't know. But this Pizza Hut does more with... less than almost any place I can think of right now. This place has gone downhill! Soon as I walked in one of the workers(male) gave me dirty looks 3different times. My order 2... orders of breadsticks and 2 large pizzas! Breadsticks had no taste and the amount of Marinara sauce we got was a sick joke.They?re obviously having shortages with their marinara sauce. The cheese pizza was so disgusting not to mention barely any sauce& very burnt, crust was absolutely gross on both pizzas. Save your money bc I spent 32$ and I regret giving this place mybusiness. The manager was SO KIND! We loved him. Food was good and staff were well organized and very friendly
