Last two times I ordered pan crust at this location but it was not thick like pan crust should be. They are either putting hand... tossed in a pan to cook or they are not letting the pan dough thaw properly. Manager claims it is pan crust. They also missedthe 'light sauce' instruction and made it regular sauce. I got a refund and won't order again from this location. Hummelstown isthe only Pizza Hut location in the area that gets the order right every time. Read more
Just ordered a pizza and paid for it from my place of work which is just down the street. They told me it would be here in a... half hour. I called over an hour and 10 minutes later and they tell me sorry we don't have a driver. There was no phone call totell me there was going to be a delay or that they did not have a driver. I would still be waiting for my pizza at this point ifI had not called. After reading the reviews it looks like they have done this to a few people. This place is a joke. Stay awayfrom them. Ok I don't usually feel compelled to write reviews, but today it is over 91° outside. I ordered pick up and arrived around... 7:40pm. As I stepped inside I was immediately struck with such a suffocating heat, it felt like the air had been sucked out ofme. It was not a safe environment in there. There was only one person ahead of me, so I stood in line for one minute or less. Inthat one minute my eyes were watering and i started to feel so nauseated from the radiating, inescapable heat. I am notcomplaining about this from a customer standpoint. Not at all. I was in and out of there in a matter of 5 minutes. The employeeswere polite and prompt and my order was exactly what I was hoping for. I am complaining about this because until the managementhas working AC in this location again, with outside temps over 90°, they need to temporarily close for business. Those pooremployees! I can't believe they could be expected to work under such harsh and frankly unsafe conditions. I am appalled by thisand I left there feeling overwhelmed with sympathy for the employees in that little tiny store with huge ovens and noventilation and not even a fan or a breeze to relieve them. If they choose to suffer through a shift in there, they at leastneed hazard pay or something. But anyway, thanks to the employees there for remaining professional and meeting expectationsunder difficult circumstances. Read more

I responded to the email sent to me asking how much meal was. We don?t eat out a lot- it?s a special luxury for us. The... stuffed crust pizza was thin, mushy, and barley cooked. I was hoping someone would reach out to me with just an apology but, ofcourse, that didn?t happen. For the high price that this pizza costs (it was requested by my kids) I expected much betterpizza. Really disappointed all around. Won?t be ordering from there again. Read more

An hour went by and I called, they said they received the order and it was on the way. After an hour and a half Icalled again and they said they would reach out to the driver but I never heard anything back. This is BY FAR my favorite Pizza Hut in a 50 mile radius. The general manager there is way cool and I swear he never leaves. He... runs that place like it?s a well oiled machine. I am so spoiled with this location. They never get anything wrong and thequality is always bussin bussin! They even give me a side of sauce no charge- I swear my kids drink that shiz. Staff is alwayssuper friendly and drivers always friendly too. You guys all deserve hands up cause y?all rock! Pictures of my fatty mcfat lineup for my depressed self while I binge Chicago fire. This Pizza Hut is still doing a great job. Tonight we ordered one of their specials ..large 3 topping pizza with thin crust..... The last 2 times we ordered their hand tossed. This type of crust so far is my favorite. Crispy hot and pizza loaded withtoppings.We had it half eaten before I remembered to take a picture! Was it delivered quickly...yes. Was it hot....yes.
