Horrible service. I placed an order for 3 pizzas and 2 2 liters of soda. Time said 25 to 35 minutes for delivery, no problem. An... hour and a half later still no food, so I start calling and the call center transfers me to the store, and the phone just ringsand ends up going back to the call center. I was transfered 3 times before someone at the store finally answers. Now its 2 hourssince i ordered my food, im told my food is sitting in the warmer because a driver never came. I offer to come pick it up. I goto pick it up and my pizzas are now disgusting from sitting for 2 hours. The manager didnt offer new ones or even a discount. Amanager never even spoke to me. I wasnt even refunded for my delivery fee and driver tip. The kid at the window looked like hedidnt want to be there and the other kid was walking around on his phone. Im a retail manager and when things like this happen,you do whatever you can so you dont lose that customer. Read more
One star is way too generous. Order carry out, so said it?s ready, pull up, pizza is boxed on counter getting cold. Rest of... order isn?t ready, wait another 10 min and they don?t bother to put pizza in the warmer. They finally say it?ll be another 5 andthen I asked for a refund?I shouldn?t have to instruct them to keep the pizza warm all this time. Someone else comes for arefund and they refund me the food price but not the tip. Waste of solid 55 min for a ?15 min? order a to leave with no food andtipped them for their ?service?. This Pizza Hut location should just close down! Very upset with the customer service and quality of pizza. I?m from the Eastern... Shore of Maryland and we don?t have a Pizza Hut super close, so we were so excited to try it. Sad we even wasted our time withit. The crust was some weird no flavoring pale colored crust. Literally no taste, not pan tossed either. Cold basically. Itwasn?t cut properly so he sliced ripped trying to take apart. We asked for delivery, after we made it 15 minutes past saiddelivery time I decided to call for a status check. We had to sit on hold for 17 minutes after that, just to be told we weren?tcalling the store but the customer service line that takes the overflow of calls??. I decided to just drive there, even moredisappointed when I arrived. There was a drive through so I went through that, an African American man came to the window inpajama pants and his underwear showing(disgusting). I asked did he have an order for *inserts name*. He sends I?m assuming themanager. He digs around in the oven and comes back with my order. I ask ?if I didn?t drive here, would my order have beendelivered to me?? He asked did I order through Door Dash, I did not. I told him I ordered through the website, he said oh wedon?t order delivery just door dash. I said well how are customers to know that if it?s not stated on the website???? Justhighly disappointed! We ordered food 9:39 and didn?t receive it until a little over an hour later. Wish I had a Pizza Hut back home. Sit down is closed, takeout or delivery only. We got a stuffed cheesy crust. Pizza was hot and... good, wish the crust had more flavor, I probably should have gotten some dipping sauce it would have been fire with some extramarinara! Read more
I ordered pizza from this location for the first time as walk in, and was happy with the service I received. There was a man... there, tall with tattoos who hustled quick to get me me food, my pizza came out perfect. Definitely would order from thereagain! Read more
This location sucks! Do not order from them if your hungry or want Pizza Hut! Ordered at 805pm was told they don?t have delivery... drivers and they use DoorDash. But could take my order. Placed an order, asked for eta of when it you?ll be delivered was toldthey didn?t know because DoorDash would pick up the order. Fast forward 845 pm kids are starving and want pizza call thelocation and get disconnected then call back to be transfer to the department that handled orders???? On hold another 15minutes! Called door dash with this crazy story and they help me get to Pizza Hut corporate- hopefully I?ll get my refund andthey fire this staff of dopes! What the hell os this pizza they gave us- not a fully cooked pan pizza ?. Idiot?s 935 pm storecalls and says your pizza has been sitting here for an hour in a half do you still want to wait? I remembered why I stopped getting delivery from this Pizza Hut. This is the second time they have passed it off to DoorDash and... it arrives half an hour later than promised (a problem when on the job) and room temperature. Ordered scheduled delivery, the order was delivered by doordash so it arrived later than expected. This was not a problem except... the new delivery time was only communicated to me after it was late. That said, the food was still hot and tasted good. Read more
