6 Family members went for lunch on a friday at 1230 week before Thanksgiving for my Moms Birthday. Our waiter was outstanding I... wish I could remember his name off hand. I am not going to lie we look a bit rough and still got top notch service. The tablenext to us sounded like the most annoying, rude, and picky bunch of people I have heard in my 44 years. By far the best service and food of any Red Lobster location I've ever been to. On top of that it was late at night (9 pm entry... with a 10 pm closing on a Sunday) and they were very professional and never rushed us. The waiter checked on us several timesand brought out our order super quick. It was delicious and portions were just right. They definitely worked for their tip andwere even friendly on our way out. Wish I lived nearby so I could give more of my business in the future. One of the best tableservice I've had in a very long time at any restaurant. Keep up the great job! Read more

We dined early, arrived around 3pm. Already a wait for a table. We ordered our food and had to ask where our salads were because... we always get them before the meal. Finally got salads and our hot food came about a minute later. Some sides were missing andhad to ask for those as well. Never came back to ask for refills on drinks, or if we'd like any biscuits or dessert!! We spentover $100 and sine quit often. Just a very disappointing experience over-all. Read more
