Let me start off by saying, we LOVE Red Robin. This location is foul. First, we walked in and it smelled like dirty mop water.... Floor was dry but when we walked in but we slid on the floor. Was told it?s wet out, so that happens? it was dry outside. Shouldhave been my sign to walk out but we sat down and ordered. EVERYTHING was gross and covered in grease and dirty. There was trashunder the food area that we could see. Food between the seats that was visible. The high chair was filthy, like it had neverbeen cleaned. I get that kids are messy, but that was foul. We got our food and my husbands bun to his burger was literallysoaked in grease. I?ve never been to a restaurant this dirty before. The food at this location is always good. The servers are nice and the wait until the food comes out is not long. The lights... are at a dimmer setting, so if you have eyesight issues, may be a little difficult to see the menu. This was a dinner time. Read more

It a lovely place to be, nice interior and sitting arrangement. Customer service is perfect with staff readily available to... help. It has a parking lot for all customers whether dinning in or picking up so you do not have to worry about where topark. There are restrooms for both men and women to use while at the restaurant. I must add that it is a safe place to bringchildren as well and there is a variety of dishes on the menu to choose from. I just was not okay with the food when I visitedand so were about two other customers because there were few issues with the food, which was made known to management and I hopeand believe they take steps to improve so other customers won't have the same experience and get disappointed. Our waitress Andrina, I can honestly say the Hundreds of times I have dined into all the Red Robins I've been to, she gave the... best vibe, best friendly service, and the absolute best personality i could ever ask for, she went above and beyond! Service was perfect as was the food. My spouse choose the spicier jalapeno burger while I enjoyed the teriyaki burger with... pineapple. It words for us that one orders the bottomless salad and the other the fries. My only reluctance to give five starsis that the burgers are over priced. Read more

I ordered a gluten free burger & realized halfway through my meal that the bun was not gluten free. When I said something to the... server, she apologized & laughed it off, like it wasn?t a big deal. My burger was later comped, but I would not recommend if youhave a gluten allergy or intolerance. Read more

Leaving with a 3-Star, originally a 1-Star experience. We ordered over $90 in food and were given meals that were half missing... and just a few fries. (9-11 fries per meal) After I contacted them, they did correct it and remade our order and gave us 2large containers of fries. Burger and chicken were a half step above fast food and the fries were unseasoned andunsalted. They were turning customers away 1 hour before closing as they were busy. I would be willing to give them anothershot down the road to see if this service was just due to being overly busy and under staffed. Read more
