Their chicken quality has been going down recently, I always find weird stretchy pieces of chicken!
Sheets in general is a great gas station and convenience store. This particular one isn't the best kept but over all fine.
Food quality is inconsistent. When I asked to make sure my breakfast shmagel was toasted instead of microwaved, I think they... microwaved it on purpose. The gal making the food was otherwise occupied talking to another customer who was obviously apersonal friend. The cashiers are nice, though...but due to the new self checkout lanes that are much quicker, I have no reasonto interact with them. Only the smokers/chewers and cash gas buyers are waiting in that long line. Read more
I went into Sheetz yesterday afternoon as I do several days a week. I did my usual thing of walking up to the counter and asked... for a box of Marlboro lights. The manager was working the register and tells me I can go to the self check out station to pay. Itold him I have to come to the counter and ask for the cigarettes. He politely tells me I can stand at the self check out andwait there to ask for my cigarettes and I am the reason there is a line of people waiting to pay. I have been a loyal customerfor 20+ years and just wanted to purchase a pack of cigarettes. He then proceeded to go on and on about how my time is valuableto him. The dude could've sold me a pack of smokes 6 times while he was lecturing me. I will take my business elsewhere where Ican just ask for a pack of smokes and purchase them . Frequent this Sheetz 2 or 3 times weekly hate the new coffee machines but enjoy the people. Reba is a great spokeperson for the... company always pleasant and accomadating. Read more
I love Sheetz and for the most part you get consistently awesome service from location to location. Unfortunately however this... location over the last year has become rather meh. The food quality has slipped tremendously. Fried products are soggy, ordersconsistently missing items, etc... I will give Sheetz credit they go out of their way to fix an issue. It just gets frustratingto constantly have issues. Like today we ordered fries with boom boom sauce. We get home to discover we have the sauce but nofries. I know they will make it right but that doesn't diminish the frustration of having to drive back to the store to get thefries. Read more
I stop in at this Sheetz 1-2 times a week to get gas & then always go inside for a drink, snacks or food. It's usually late... evenings. The employees are always nice and the store always clean. There's 1 special cashier who is an older gentlemen namedBob. Bob is ALWAYS very friendly, personable, helpful, and always asks how customers are doing with a friendly smile. I workedin retail for many years and truly appreciate Bob's friendly smile, positive attitude, helpfulness, and personable personality because I know its NOT an easy job at all! So thank you Bob for ALL you do! I know you don't know this but you have made a fewbad days of mine get better just by stopping at this sheetz & having you as my cashier with your big, friendly smile asking howam I doing today .
