What?s with the car air pumps lately at many Sheetz locations in Harrisburg? They suck the air out instead of filling the tire. ... The pump is a mess. Fairly clean and one of the nicer sheets that I have seen. Food was very good and no wait. I stopped here a lot later at night... and it is always fresh and a quick visit. Absolutely disgusting customer service! My family member was threatened, yelled at, and had the cops called on her for asking... for a refund and new fries after noticing hair in her curly fries by the so-called manger named Anna. Went in to buy beer. Clerk wanted to scan my ID. Asked for Mgr because I?m fine with them verifying my age but not comfortable... with them scanning it. The Mgr?s response was ?Too bad! If you want the beer, that?s what we do.? He could have beenprofessional and said something like ?I apologize sir, but that is Sheetz policy and there?s nothing I can do about it. This is just the outside let me tell you about the inside. BATHROOMS TRASHED!! I have not been in a public convenience store... that has look like this in my life. The slushy machine exploded Cherry all over my friend as well as the floor still not cleanedup still all over the floor all over the counter got a parfait ask for utensils with giving an attitude customer service at thestore is absolutely horrendous horrendous they either need to get new employees or they need to shut the store down because ifthe Department of Health were to come in here they would probably fail the store. It has a large selection of food, drinks, snacks, and candy. The food wasn't that good there except the fries. They over-fry... there food, like there chicken sandwich. No flavor in the chicken tenders. But one of the best fries I've ever had. And drinkswere ok. I would go here for gas only but maybe not to get cooked meals. Read more
