I went to this location cause it was always one to go to on my way home from shopping. Upon entering I was not greeted, It was a... young man with a ponytail and a young girl as well, they where so busy engaging conversation with one another not having time togreet a customer walking in. I was very shocked that it was complete dead silence of no greeting to me as a recurring customer.I want shout out Jemma the barita that was wiping down the counter and she welcomed me with a warm embrace of a hi and how isyour morning going so far and we engaged in a nice pleasant conversation 5 STARS to this team member, she felt the need to goabove and beyond to interact with her customer. I also want to acknowledge Paul, allow he was one of the baristas that didn'tgreet me he was thankful over the phone that i called to get the team members name to shout them out. They gave me extra pumpkin which I liked but not everyone might be a fan. It was very quick service and I was pleased
Very first time I went a young girl made my drink. I?m in a hurry for work. If she actually focused on my drink instead of... talking About her boyfriend with a co worker she might have been quicker and less messy. She over flowed my drink. She didn?twant to pour any out and handed it to me dripping. Second time I was insane enough to go back today. This place has one cashier.One drink maker. People coming in early to have coffee before work. But with one cashier and one person making drinks goodluck. I was in line almost 10 mins. Finally just had to walk out. Hands down the best Starbucks baristas IMO. They make every drink I order perfectly, even the new hires makes great drinks. This... place is so perfect that I make it my mission to only go to this location over any other Starbucks in the area. Read more
Drink was made on time and order was correct. Baristas were very friendly despite a rush. They put too much ice in their drinks... but that's default for every place. It was also well-kept and clean. Read more
The barista was really nice!! (i believe her name was alice?). I was going to get a hazelnut macchiato, but she recommended I... try the a marble macchiato, since I noticed that they had a white mocha pump. AND IT WAS SOO GOOD!! (I may have taken a pictureof it, to show off to the hubby) Read more
Great tasting coffee! I wanted to double check I didn't have sugar added to my drink and she just looked on the glass instead of... checking with the maker. I asked someone else and she did the same thing. I was really nervous because I had that mistake happenbefore at other places more than once. They were very busy so I understand. I did get sugar free so four stars it is...customerservice could be a bit friendlier and accommodating but under the circumstances they did a good job. Read more
