I was given the name of Strictly Catering from another caterer in the area after finding out they were booked for the time... period we required a caterer. After speaking to Beth on the phone and discussing the possibilities, we decided I would choosethe courses offered on their website and send to her for pricing. A few days later I sent the choices to her via email andfollowed up the next day with a phone call. There was no answer so I left a message to please return my call once she haddetermined pricing. After a few more days and no answer, I had my wife try to contact them with no luck and no response aswell. It is mystifying why someone would set up a business and not answer or return calls - not sure at this point why thebusiness even exists. As one only gets one chance at a first impression, perhaps it's best as this level of service, or ratherlack thereof, tells me their catering would be a disaster anyway. Strictly catering catered my wedding, and were instrumental in making the day special. Not only was the food delicious, but... their service in making the day special was above and beyond. The food was delicious, from the o'dourves, to the main course.Every guest at the wedding I spoke with talked about the quality of the food before anything else. I spilt some food on my tux.Within 30 seconds, they were there with a clean wet rag ready to help me get cleaned up before the stain could set in. The samething happened after the cake cutting. My wife was a little too enthusiastic to smash cake in my face, and they were there withwarm rags to help us get cleaned up. Professionalism is clearly a top priority for strictly catering. They showed up in ironedblack button downs with the company logo embroidered on them. They were quick to clean plates from tables, and left the venue'skitchen spotless. They were kind, pleasant, and smiling throughout the entire day. They were easy to do business with. Emailswere responded to quickly and in sufficient detail. What is there to say about Strictly catering. They were unbelievable and super responsive to everything we need at my Parents... 50th wedding anniversary. The Strictly catering team even went out of their way to help and assist in things we forgot for theparty and helped us manage every aspect of the party that related to food or drinks. My daughter?s wedding was this past weekend and we used Strictly Catering for the post wedding Sunday brunch and the food for... the bridal party as they were getting ready at the venue. Beth and her staff did an outstanding job with both; we had around 80people for the brunch over a 2 1/2 hour timeframe and the food was hot and plentiful throughout. She was able to customize thefood for both events and had great suggestions for the menus. She and her staff were on time and professional as well as veryfriendly and helpful.
