Came in here one time and one time only. Me and my wife came up to the cash register trying to figure out what we want talking... to eachother discussing it, mind you no one was behind us. Than the employee at the register made a snark comment "Well itdoesn't matter what you get." Me and my wife just looked at eachother and walked out. As I went to the car I looked back in thestore and the employee was on his phone just chilling. So thats what he wanted to do get back on his phone and be lazy. I ordered a tuna salad the staff gave me five half slices of onions two partially scooped tuna and a half less than a half of... lettuce in my bowl when I asked him to spread the cheese around or even ask for extra he wanted to charge me more bottom line weall are going through a recession but there's no reason why we as customers have to get cheated and not get our money's worthbecause I could have spent $3 on the little bit of salad he gave me but I chose to pick their restaurant for my lunch neveragain I don't recommend them for anything. Terrible costumer service. The lady had the audacity to become argumentative with me while with my kids, after I asked her... nicely to please recut the roll evenly as it was cut on an upward angle which was a lazy approach and unpresentable. I expressedit was uneven and if I?m paying money have every right to question my purchase. She walks off in a rude manor to get themanager, which he comes up, I expressed to him that I would like the rolls to just be cut evenly. He tells me I was being loudwhich I had a moderate tone around my children. I was only expressing my concern as a customer. He then refuses service insteadof simply cutting another roll. Read more

Really? 3 pieces of green pepper, 3 or 4 pickles, and a couple pieces of lettuce. That's a ridiculous sandwich and waste of... money. I paid $11 for a bag of chips, a cookie, and a 6" piece of bread. Very frustrated bc I tried to call and speak to someoneat the store. The phone rings and rings then disconnects with no answer. Will not be back to this location. I went to the storeon Mountain Road first, but they were closed early at 7 p.m. for staffing issues. At least they give an appropriate amount oftoppings. Read more

The bread is hard on the outside, soggy inside. The meat was discolored in areas. Overall, ive had much better.

Don't waste your time and money at this location. 1 mile away on mountain road, at least they understand customer service.. the... manager was the only 1 there and is very rude and has no business working with custoners.. only 3 tables were labeledunavailable, but our order was bagged up and we were advised we were not allowed to dine in, due to staffing. When looking atthe receipt, I compared to app, and my sub was almost $2 more. HE DOES NOT ACCEPT THE MAIL COUPONS, this is the only locationthat hasn't so far, out of the 4 different ones I have been to. Chose take out below due to no being allowed to sit and eat Read more

Ordered from this location on Uber because it was the closest to my fathers home and I was visiting him. I knew out of most... subways Jonestown was the worst and they didn?t disappoint. Bread wasn?t fresh and it seemed they forgot to put a scoop of tunain my sandwich because it was mostly bread. The cookies weren?t fresh either. Normally friendly service during the day but the evening staff seemed to be more interested in hanging with their group of... visiting friends rather than working. Team member stated they were out of multiple items, however with the behavior shown, makesyou wonder if they just didn?t want to make subs? Won?t be back. Read more
