What a joke!! I guess if you go in to the store and order you are last on the list to get food. Horrible!! Waited 20 minutes... inside after ordering while order after order went out from drive through and door dash. When asked to speak with a manager Iwas told they are too busy and to look up corporate on Google. WILL DO!! BTW...the quality of my food OBVIOUSLY suffered due tothe huge back log. Last week when I got my nacho fries they were cold and soggy. This week when I got them the lid to the nacho cheese sauce wasn't... on tight and cheese was all over the inside of my bag. Next time I'll know to really check everything out if there is a nexttime. Read more
I love taco bell because I can get some gluten free food here. This location has really great service. I tipped a girl cash from... the window because she answered so many questions for me and was still sweet as pie instead of getting annoyed. This store isbrand new and clean with 2 drive thru speakers so you never really have to wait unless there's a good amount of people for lunchor dinner rush. Read more

We had stopped for lunch and everything came as we ordered it and all the food was hot and fresh. They were having issues at the... register and they ended up giving us half of our meal free which I thought was very kind! Everytime we have stopped here we havenever been disappointed. Read more
Im allergic to tomatoes and every time i order they get it wrong. Well this will be the last time i order from these people with... absolute no manners. I made an online order and they put tomatoes in it. I drove back to switch it out and politely asked forone?s to be made without tomatoes. There was no apology or acknowledgment that it was messed up. They opened the window andstuck it out and we left. Not a word of here you go ma?am or goodnight or sorry. I know customer service is a low bar but howmuch lower Can it be especially when my life is in danger from people messing up. Starting to wonder why this store has average of 3.5 but after a few visits and today's recent return to fix a messed up order... only to receive yet another messed up order I understand why it's only 3.5.
