This is our first time trying this place and we were pleasantly surprised! It?s always a struggle to find a food place that has... healthy options for me and delicious, less healthy options for my husband ???? The food is delicious, it tastes like it was justpulled off the grill for us, as if we had a cookout ourselves! My husband had his bowl with Asian noodles (which were delicious)and I had an all veggie power bowl with spicy tofu. So so so good! Giving freshido a run for their money! Certainly is not authentic Japanese food, but for a quick meal at a decent price not a bad option. The staff today was extremely... friendly and personable, checking on our meals and how we liked it even though this is more or less a fast food place.Definitely going to go back next time I'm in the area. Honestly it's pretty bad. Slow service (>20 minute wait) Expensive for a fast food place Topping it off, the food isn't worth... it. It's one of those places that tries to carry itself on it's sauce but the sauce really isn't even good either. But for mywait I got a "extra" teriyaki sauce! A 25 minute wait but I got a 1/3 of a cup of teriyaki sauce. Wow. Amazing. Read more
I really loved this place when it first opened up, but they're just way too inconsistent. When they're good, everything is great... - service, taste, portions, etc. But I've had multiple issues: way too little chicken (large bowl with extra chicken that hadless than my wife's regular bowl), flakes of burnt char on chicken and throughout veggies, and really slow service. The worstpart is that if you raise an issue to a worker they will insist it's right. If you reach out for corporate or management,they'll fix it, but it's a lot of hassle to get good takeout. Never again. After waiting 45 minutes for food, and having to go remind them that I had ordered at all, I was given a bowl of... what I can only describe as chicken with brown paste smeared on top of it. I could get a better teriyaki sauce from the grocerystore in a bottle. The staff were hardly concerned with their customers as they hid in the back of the kitchen loudly talkingand laughing while the customers in the dining room had to locate their own utensils and to go bags. Friday night 5:50pm - not very busy yet food was burnt, dry and simply horrible. The orange chicken was ok Teriyaki chicken was... gross Fried rice ($1 up charge) looked exactly like the white rice and both dishes the rice was soft and soggy with no flavor. Read more
We absolutely love coming here when we have that craving for Asian fusion. The food is always hot and made fresh to order. The... staff is always so friendly as well, which makes it a great experience. Love having this establishment in our community. Read more
