I order from this one and others thru GrubHub. This seems to be the only TSC where my smoothies comes tasting watered down. It... doesn't look watered down but taste like it. Idk if it's that specific smoothie or the restaurant but like I said I do orderfrom other TSC and their smoothies are always good. It's a chain smoothie resturaunt but it's not bad. The location inside the Strawberry Square is owned and managed by some good... fellows that are very kind, I always have a pleasant experience with them. I usually order the same thing and that's a ChiaBanana Boost but substitute the peanut butter for the alternate option of strawberries. It's delicious. Read more
Got the island detox smoothie and Baja chicken salad. Salad was good until I saw all the brown romaine lettuce on the bottom.... Not just brown on he edges, but decaying slimy lettuce. I tried to pick around it and then I showed the man behind the counter.I thought they should know that the person prepping the salads was putting decaying spoiled lettuce on the bottom. Instead hesays something about him just getting a recall phone call or a recall on the lettuce. Hmm there has not been any recall forromaine in the past few days. There was about a month ago, but that would explain how spoiled the lettuce was! Either way hisexcuses didn?t make sense and why would only the spoiled slimy brown lettuce be on the bottom? Seems intentional to me.Hopefully I don?t get food poisoning! Food was otherwise ok, although the rice in my salad was a weird texture but that?sprobably personal preference. I normally have a great experience? but this time I got the wrong chips, the smoothie had minimal flavor, I asked for no banana... in the smoothie and the only flavor I tasted was banana, the smoothie was half melted, and I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap andcouldn?t more than half due to it being drenched in buffalo sauce like soup (I tried to pour out extra buffalo sauce but it wasstill drenched) Read more
