It's always something with this location lately. Went specifically for the bourbon bacon meal, asked for extra bourbon sauce,... got CHARGED for extra sauce & got a dry burger with almost NO sauce UPDATE: tried them again last weekend and after sitting inthe drive thru line for 20 minutes they forgot my bf burger. Food was mostly good, the crispy onions weren't really crispy. Overall Wendy's regardless of location still gives out good... performances and the ghost pepper ranch is a must have for all meals to dip my fries Read more
The Wendy's in Akron, ladies room was not clean. Services very slow it took 45 minutes to get one hamburger. The server was more... interested in serving his frosty's and food. Have to admit a lot of it was not enough employees but if you don't have enoughpeople to serve your guests close the restaurant and just do pick up window. Read more
Inappropriate staff, inconsiderate language talking about customers in the back very loudly that you can hear it out front,... staff just standing around doing nothing while you wait for your food. After several minutes someone FINALLY starts to make yourfood and then by the time you get your food it is cold. Very rude staff. Disgusting, cold food with missing ingredients (forexample lettuce etc) I do not recommend coming here. I know times are hard but it is definitely clear no one at this place ofemployment wants to work, and from my experience no one does work. Would give zero stars if I could. Read more
I love Wendy's. But this lack of being able to hire is no excuse to give someone cold soggy fries.i have eaten at this location... many times. But this is the second time I had bad food at this location. I like the workers but they need a new manager. Bettertraining. Read more
The worst Wendy?s that I have personally ever experienced. Sooooo slow. 20 minutes to get cold food, is not good. Unprofessional... staff and management. While waiting for our food, the guy working the register heard some grumbling from the crowd about howlong everything is taking and he shouts out? if you want to work behind the counter you can?. Excellent quick service.. loved the fries.. so refreshing to get crisp fries ..that too salted.. also well.done... lemonades. Stopped en route from Penns Cave.. life saver.. at times all you need is good sandwich and fries with adrink. Checked all boxes Read more
The women who waited on us ( 11/13/22 around 8 pm) was awesome . Kind , friendly and attentive. Even asked how our food was... before we left. Every star of that 5 star belongs to her. Read more
