Lately it's been hit or miss ! today my lunch was not good, the bread was stale and my food was cold . I didn't have time to go... back but I'm almost over these fast food places that OVER PRICE meals and when you do choose the so called value meals they'renot even worth eating. They never received my order, lost my 15 dollars on the app and then was waiting 20 minutes for them to tell me (watched some... stand around and clean their dirty phone cases in the kitchen), customer service is hell to get ahold of via the app, managerhad no idea how the app worked because no trained to use it apparently, had enough and wasn't offered anything for free like theLAST VISIT when they had a huge puddle in front of the drink machine. I also overheard the staff complaining about a customergoing through it over the phone - unprofessional and insensitive when they knew I was standing there at the front waitinglistening. I was there a total of 45/50 minutes and when I reordered (what was on the app wasn't available at the price diningin) something I and my roommate didn't really want, I was served within 7 minutes and the bacon hurt my roommates teeth frombeing so old and so charred, and the dry crumbling patties made us sick. The staff was nice enough, but the place was dirty and greasey. The food was not fresh, and the bathrooms weren't very clean or... family friendly (no changing table for diaper changes. I had to take my infant out and change her in the back seat of the car.) Read more

Just left there at 7:30. And yes the nuggets were cold. But they rolled their eyes and dropped hot fries. The burger would have... been better left in the pan for chilli. But the sign says 10pm close? Very disappointed, I should have just went to UnionDeposit. Read more
