Second time ordering from this place. First time the Stromboli was the absolute WORST Stromboli I've ever had. This time order a... burger and their tortellini. The house bread is probably the best part of this meal. The lettuce on the burger was browning, thefries aren't that great. So this place has the best boli. However the service sucks. Like big time, really sucks. In the last two months we have tried to... eat here and shown up two plus hours before closing to eat only to be told that ?we are sorry, we can?t seat you?. Likeseriously! Update your google hours then. Just called them three hours prior to closing to order their ?signature Stromboli?only to be told ?we are sorry, take out is closed?. Literally driving a great business further into the ground. We have beengoing here for ten plus years and have dealt with understaffing. I?ll wait. Not a problem. The current staff however, areincredibly rude and care nothing for the patrons. This is such a sad story watching each location slowly die because of POORSERVICE!!!! Read more

Excellent food n excellent service

Rode my motorcycle from Canada to Myrtle Beach South Carolina. This pub was a halfway stop over. Beer was cold (as it should be)... Wings we?re huge and very good. Staff attitude was horrible. they couldn?t care less about customers or service. Years ago staffwere so friendly, pleasant and welcoming?.not so now. Fast forward 1-week. My return motorcycle trip (SC to Canada). Again, 11hrs of riding and the only place close to the hotel, so, I gave it another shot. Cold beer?.but a ?Chicken Caesar Salad? what ajoke. Days old lettuce, diced processed chicken smaller than the bagged croutons, 3 big onion slices and a quart of bottled?Greek? dressing poured all over, floating. Absolutely disgusting. Sent it back. Even the waitress realized it was bad (a goodwaitress wouldn?t even have served it). Then, the cook (manager?) came out 15 minutes later to ask about the salad (at least heasked). But, having to explain the horrible quality surely indicates he has no idea about food preparation or quality. He agreedway to much dressing but went on to reference the food supply challenges (I don?t give a damn about the restaurant challenges,just serve quality food or don?t serve food period.) But, I explained what a fresh Chicken Caesar salad should look like. Doyourself a favour SKIP THIS PLACE!!! Best if you just pack a lunch in your saddlebags. Even days later it would be fresher. Our waitress was very friendly. However the BBQ chicken Queaidila I ordered was burnt in several places- when a manager... (Doeian).came over to ask if everything was okay she was not professional or respectful to me as a customer- she interrupted memid-sentence and said 'tell me what this is so I have a new one made' - she did not apologize for the poor quality of food thatleft the kitchen and made it to our table. When another waitress saw the interaction, she sent the GM to oir table. He wasvery polite and empathetic to our concerns. He promptly had the kitchen make me a new meal. Dorian returned later to inquire asto why we were not satisfied with our interaction- her reply was 'I'm not even having a bad day- sometimes I am just likethis' Wow!
