Extremely long wait for the drive thru, which should be faster in every sense. We spent close to 30 mins before we got to order... our food. Maybe they're experiencing staff shortages, but this is unacceptable. Won't be returning. Read more
I was sitting with my fiance and our friend eating some dinner and we could hear the manager (Hali) talking about me and my... pregnancy to other employees. She has constantly made me feel like I am not welcome there, and I got tired of it so I left. Myfiance went back inside and talked to her and she called me a dumb broad to his face. I am never going back other to pick myfiance up from work, and as long as Hali works there I will not be back. She has yelled at my fiance and even at me. I'm nevercomfortable when she is around. This location keeps getting worse and worse. Having to sit in drive through while one whole lane gets their orders taken and... have to sit and get skipped over again and again. When attempting to just do the order at the window, excuses are given why it'sreally hard to do two lanes (with two people taking orders) and management is rude and tells you to go back through drive thrulanes. They want higher pay, but struggle at handling the task at hand, higher pay won't change that. Would give 0 stars ifpossible. ???? Read more
My wife and I stopped in to grab a meal and about 30 miles from there, there is a McDonalds that has something called a 4for4.... My wife asked if they had it and the man she spoke with was absolutely rude. This elderly gentleman very much belittled my wifeand had terrible customer service skills. Good for a quick bite. Update: if you want something like a plain burger, they take the order, and give you a regular burger...... When you go to get it fixed you stand there for literally 20 minutes if you're not pushy enough to get the Manager's attentionto get the burger... Then you get told, "oh yeah, it's right here." The burger had been remade for 10 plus minutes and theysimply weren't going to hand it over until we demanded it. Seriously need to do some work with the management staff. Afterthat the young lady working register took time to come apologize for the mishap. Management could take notes from this younglady. Read more
